Beautiful setting in a very pretty village. Easy walking through beautiful countryside straight from the doorstep. Excellent choices for breakfast and well cooked. Host was very attentive and helpful. I liked pick of the day tips for things to do and places to visit

Not having a chair to sit on in my bedroom (just a stool) I found the lounge a little dark for easy reading .

House is lovely full of character Staff are great very approachable. Good choices for breakfast we did not have evening meal so cannot comment although the menus looked good. Bedrooms and bathrooms clean and we'll stocked everybody could not do enough for you. Top of my list for short stay in the area.

Did'nt want to come home so relaxing you felt like you had had a week after being here only 4 days.

Alan in particular is a mine of local knowledge and everything is set up to please and make you feel at home. The house is lovely and the grounds superb.

Two small niggles - Breakfast overall and the Full English was great; but scrambled eggs were under-seasoned, dry, and far too big, served on undercooked toast with no butter. Also I *really* wouldn't come round the rooms asking for washing up between breakfast and checkout - that's private time!

Fantastic place to stay. Such a friendly atmosphere! Room was fantastic and although we had the bedroom next to the kitchen, we didn't hear a thing. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Jane was a very friendly and relaxed host. The staff at breakfast were also very attentive. The whole place was a little "posh" in the very best sense of the word. Our room was spacious with an attached sitting room. The location was great with lots of Pembrokeshire attractions nearby and two lovely pubs right at the end mod the drive.

The staff were very helpful and could give advice on where to go and what to do. The whole building was very clean and well maintained as were the gardens. Plenty of parking space.

Friendly welcome. Amazed that they washed out my wet suit and swimming gear! Could not have been more helpful. Relaxed and easy going atmosphere. Good base for visiting other places in South Pembs.

The members of staff here were some of the nicest people you could meet. Nothing was ever asking too much and the rooms were so homely and comforting. We were very sad to leave Elm Grove and will definitely go again!!

Very good breakfast. Lovely country house.

No atmosphere, having to choose your evening meal in the morning, you either do evening meals with a small menu or don't bother

It was our 45th wedding anniversary and we had been very busy so to come to Elm Grove to be looked after with a lovely room, plenty of tea+coffee and very nice biscuits! They also gave us a card and beautiful chocolates for our special day.

Putting on the extra pounds ! The food was gorgeous!

Very welcoming and helpful. The owners had a very good knowledge of the area and were able to offer good suggestions for things to see and do. As it was a short break we were taking this helped us to get a good feel for the area and cram a lot in to a few days. The atmosphere was relaxed and there was good attention to detail. The owners were around and available, very friendly and the staff were attentive, polite and helpful. We would certainly stay again when visiting the area.

As we booked quite near to the time we were going and the b and b is popular, we had the twin room which also was a fire exit, so was a little concerned in the event of the alarm going off. However the room itself was lovely and comfortable and we had no problems. The evening meal option is not very flexible and has to be booked in advance, however the one we had was delicious and as with the breakfast well cooked with good quality ingredients.
