Easy to find, good location, very close to Wembley Stadium which is why we required a Hotel. Water, the water that came out of the tank smelled & did not taste good (for teeth washing). We also understand that other guests had no running water at all & the Hotel had not offered any solutions. This needs to be resolved for us to consider staying there again.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the beds were comfortable to sleep in, breakfast was okay. The room was quite small and the bathroom even smaller, if it had been a larger person staying in the room they would have struggled in the bathroom, while the breakfast was okay there was only one choice of cereal.

We were told when we arrived that there was a a leak in the room so would be staying around the corner in a house. The house was a 3 minute walk away and was divided into 5 ensuite rooms with cookers and a fridge. It was no problem as everything was nice and clean and the room was spacious.

They were able to park my car free of charge in a back of the building. Also free wifi is available (not in all building however). Water was hot. You should consider an upgrade from continental to full english, those five pounds is worth your stomack. Room extreamly small, there was no room for 2 suitcases, so if you are travelling with one - you can stay there. Shower not in best shape.

We had a really nice room which was clean. The hotel is at a five minutes walk to the underground station Wembley Central, from there about 25-30 minutes to London city. Very uncomlicated check-in and -out.

We didn't enjoy our stay at all and would not recommend it or stay there again. The only positive we could say is that the beds were comfortable. on line it showed a bar however when we arrived the bar was completely empty. we booked a double room but was given a twin. the furniture was very old and dated the toilet flush was broken there was no plug in the sink there were stains up the wall the staff were not friendly they never spoke to us during our stay (not even a good morning) appeared to be very run down.

Staf were friendly and efficent. Room was clean and tidy. The basics were fine but little things like the tv not working, no lamps in the room and only 1 switch by the door. Was rather loud as rooms so close together.

we wanted somewhere close to Wembley Arena, this fitted the bill perfectly. Hotel was clean, reception staff were very helpful, good value for money. Less than 2 minutes walk from Wembley Central station so location is great. The only small thing we weren't happy with was the noisy plumbing in our bathroom which woke us up in the night. This is easily solved by turning the radiator off!

It was reasonably priced and ideal location, and parking was available. My toilet/shower room had no blind on the window, I could see straight out and people could see straight in! Door on room was a bit awkward to open, to get out (could of done with handle to pull open)

Location is not far from the undeground, clean rooms, teapot and tea. Nobody touch your belongings. It was really poor breakfast- flakes and toasts with jam. If you want to eat bacon with eggs you have to pay 5 pounds more. And all hotel is big labyrinth..its very difficult to find your room, only pictures on the wall helped. The underground Wembley Central is far from the centre, but direct line (its convenient). And at the hotel we saw one alcoholic man..he was sitting in the lobby for all time with bottle of beer.We were afraid him.

The hotel is located in Zone3-4 of London, while is near the Wembley Central station. Anyway, GOOD FOR MONEY. It offers decent service and facilities, however the heating system does not work well and the bed was a little uncomfortable.

If you have any common sense you will not use this hotel. Dirty, room very cramped, single room that they had stuffed a double bed into, furniture falling apart, had tiny wardrobe yes, but 1 coathanger and that was broken. Truly an awful experience, staff unhelpful "at times". We were supposed to stay 2 nights but checked out after 1, simply could not bear to be any where near the place. It is used quite frankly as a doss house for people on the Dole and the conditions are very poor to say the least. Stay here at your own peril.
