The location - it was really closed to the area I needed.

In the room next to the window was mould. English breakfest was not equal to the real British Breakfest.

It was terrible. Probably they had already given away my room in the hotel. When I arrived at 10 o'clock pm I had to leave the building to go to a house down the block. I was given a front room downstaires in an empty house they will probably renovate in near future. There was nothing in the room except for the bed. The floor was full of stains, the curtains were mostly of the hooks.

The room was basic but clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a cheap hotel if they are in London for two or three days.

The hotel is basic and there is limited parking. I would not recommend it for a stay of any lenght but if only a bed for a few nights is wanted it is OK. The breakfast is limited. It would be nice to have a choice of some nice brown breads rather than just cheap whites

Shoping next to hotel.

Very small ( double room ) 3x3m, just bed and not even place for luggage. Carpet very dirty- I dont think somebody do been clean the room. Shower not working, we coming from the airport and we cant take a shower. Somebody coming and fix the shower but still not working. Next day we get new room, a bit bigger. Tv not working, also carpet very dirty, the both room was very dirty. Shower very small. Its not lift in the hotel. Stuff very unfriendly, they been spoke next to me Urdu or some indian language. Never more

The staff were friendly and allowed us to eat, drink and relax with our food and beverages in the communal area. It was clean and "it did what it says on the tin!" comfy clean bed to sleep in close to venue.

Our shower was out of order and ran for the majority of our stay. The sink in our bathroom was blocked so whenever we turned on the tap water would rise from the sink, and cigarette buds and food waste would come up in the sink. It was absolutely disgusting. Also there was no remote control for the tv, and the freeze dried coffee available in the room was dated and had no taste.

value for money, one of the cheapest hotels in London.

Lack of offers for breakfast.

The hotel was really nice. Despite the comments I read before getting there, the place was really clean. The rooms were small but cosy. The bathroom was clean. The breakfast was more than fine for such a low price. The underground station is 3mins from the hotel. The neignbourhood had all kinds of shops, fast food restaurants, pharmacy.

There was wi-fi only in the dining room downstairs (not that big of a problem for me).

No Curtains in Room 43. Toilet seat broken. Only stayed the 1 night FA Cup Semi so never in room!!!!!

The room didn't seem very clean. The staff were not friendly enough and never gave me the message that my brother called us. Very poor breakfast. Zone 4 of London.

The hotel is located in a good part of wembley where there are shops, local transport, etc at a walking distance.

Parking a car is a problem, as the hotel consists of 34 bedrooms but it can only acomodate 10 Cars in its parking area. On my first visit I could'nt get a space so I had to park my car at the NCP. On my second visit I could'nt get a reasonable parking space as I was asked at around midnight to park my car else where as someone wanted to go out. The breakfast wasnt great as I can get a full english breakfast at a B&B within the price.

Plenty of hot water, friendly staff, no smoking.

no bed side lamps, fire alarm at two in the morning, not hotels fault, if you smoke in your room, the alarm goes off and the hotel is evacuated.

The price was very low.

The room was too little, there wasn't hot water, the shower was broken, there weren't wardrob and abat-jour and finally there wasn't lift and the stairs were too small to walk with baggages.

For those who have a small budget for a booking, this hotel is the perfect thing to have. It`s very close to the Underground station and you will love the travel from your hotel to the center of London which is aprox 30 min away. It is small but nice and quiet. The breakfast is not so consistent but it`s ok (some toast with marmelade, cereals and mild and coffee/tee). In conclusion, if you are a single or a couple who love traveling, that`s all you need. Have a nice trip!
