This has to be the dirtiest and scruffiest hotel we have ever stayed in.

Location

Breakfast was luke warm disapointing, room very small but got a cheap room

Friendly and the staff always made themselves available. However, we have been going to the Elsinore for the last 5 years and they still have not sorted out the television reception 'inter alia'

The only thing we liked was the breakfast was good.and the staff was good

Ther was no organization. The keys to the rooms were not numbered they had to quess the key numbers.We booked four rooms two doubles and two twins the doubles u could not swing a cat in the twins had two doubles in the rooms your tea coffee and milk were on a shelve over the radiator so the milk went off,there were cracks in the walls plaster nocked of the wall the window did closed because of tv aerial cable went through it door to the room had been broken in to and was patch up, tv did not work at first because the scart lead was put in the wrong connection,could go on . but for the price of the rooms what could you expect

Location was brilliant right on the sea front Very cheap paid £29 for a double room including breakfast

Staff rude we was made to feel like we were intruding in someone's home No welcome pack No extra blankets Fan has got an on and off switch in bathroom but does not switch off Shower pole snapped but cello taped together! Mould on corner of bathroom mirror Toilet brush discussing  behind toilet filthy  Curtains don't cover window Wardrobe door handle broken Tv doesn't work at all No welcome pack, what to do in emergencys? Free wi fi advertised but no password Some coffee strips opened and half used then folded and put back! Light over bed does not work No plug sockets at bedside  Door stop and screw in bedside draw?!  Kettle to big for small shelf, plug sockets underneath shelf and tv to the side recipe for disaster, shelf to high to make coffee on, lumps of milk in the coffee I made, not out of date but maybe kept to warm, no one on reception to complain about tv to, no phone number to ring. Not made welcome at all The sheets to small for the bed, the mattress is  ment  to be yellow and blue but is so old it's brown and blue Breakfast was basic pre cooked and not very warm!

We liked the hotel as it was within easy access of the seaside and was extremely clean. The booking in was easy and the staff were very friendly and welcomed me and my daughter with a happy face. The staff ma The breakfast was fabulous and it was nice to see the staff took time to speak to my daughter and that was nie to see. The room was excellent although the tv was still a little fuzzy put I put that down to the signal around the area,.The breakfast was lovely and it was the first time me and my daughter had eaten so it was nice to see her eat lots and enjoy it. As great stay and we promise that we will be booking another stay very soon.

The door on the way out, other than that absolutely nothing it was disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The hotel was disgusting, there was human hair (or maybe animal) in clumps on the stairs leading to the rooms, the carpet was also frayed. They were actually in the motion of painting the walls directly outside the room we where suppose to be staying in....... When we asked to be moved they took us to the attic room which was no bigger than a prison cell with a window that was blowing a gale through.... We didnt want to stay in the second room and asked for our money back, to be told they DO NOT REFUND. This is the worse hotel I have ever been to. We would not let our dog stay here it was unclean, scruffy and staff could not really give two hoots if you were satisfied or not just as long as you paid up front. If you ever go do not pay until you have seen your room!

The position was good for the Town shopping and the conference

The Hotel was very run down, the television didn't work in any of the 3 rooms that we booked and even though they attempted to repair them they still didn't work. When we booked for an evening meal we had to go to another hotel 5 minutes walk away. We asked for early breakfast and didn't get the english breakfast on the last day as they didn't have a chef.

The breakfast is good. The price is excellent. The location very close to the town and opposite the sea is faultless.

Very run down with paint peeling away from walls, bathrooms with faulty taps and showers. Overall needs a make over but very reasonable at £39 for a double with breakfast.
