The rooms and beds were clean. The staff were very polite As we were only staying 1 night the hotel was adequate for the price. The lounge areas need refurbishment. |

The location was convenient, bedding was clean and towels changed each day. Only two pillows provided, but two more supplied quickly upon request. Manager pleasant and helpful, rates competitive. Hotel generally dowdy and not very clean. Faclities poor - no glasses, towel rail or toilet roll holders. Not inviting or relaxing. |

Hotel room was a bit small, however we had privacy. Bed was comfortable but the duvet was not thick enough for me. Typical English breakfast was quite tasty. Hair-drier was not available as stated in the offer. |

friendly staff and value for money. visitors who had high expectations way above the economy value they payed, moaning and being embarassing. The hotel does exactly what it says on the tin - its cheap because the building is tired - but the service for a budget place is excellent , its clean and the brakfast is good- i have been 4 times to this hotel and always enjoyed it. |

I liked the cleanliness of the room and the decor most. It was good value for money and it was really good that there was no curfew because we went to see a show at the venue that night. |

Friendly greeting on arrival Bed mattress needs up dating. Linen was clean. Breakfast hot, tasty and well presented. Staff very friendly and willing to spend time talking to me. Hotel in need of internal repainting as first sight in the booking hall does not inspire confidence to book in. |

we had an excellent veiw from ur window, and the sheets were clean.plenty of tea and coffee, (coffee cheap variety) the breakfast was inedible, and cold, another couple were made to sit with us, who stank of cigarettes, and this made us feel sick, we left our table and didn't eat the next morning. the bathmat was a health hazard, filthy. the glass roof out side our window was green and dirty. |

Breakfast was well cooked with prompt service. There was a horrible smell on the 2nd floor where my room was. It was in the room to a lesser extent. Also, the shower was very cramped, I could hardly get into it. |
