STAFF WERE NICE AND FRIENDLY. BREAKFAST GOOD QUALITY AND SERVED QUICKLY.
ROOM 302 REQUIRES A SMALL SOFA OR COUPLE OF CHAIRS...BASICALLY TO WATCH TV...
The receptionist was very friendly. I was lucky as my room was facing the sea.
value for money, good breakfast
no lift, there was no bath mat or hand towel in the room and no aste bin
I guess you get what you pay for. It was all very tired looking and needed some tlc. Let's just say we chose not to have the breakfast that was included in the price due to the state of the place. Sorry
excellent staff very helpful and breakfast was fabulous no complaints there.
bed uncomfortable, no telly for 2 days, cold shower and a view over a building.
The room looked really murky, we were right by the stairs, so we could hear everyone going up and down and the bed wasn't comfortable at all!
Clean rooms, friendly staff, nice cooked breakfast, excellent location on prom, wifi in rooms would be a nice touch.
29 quid for a night.
Dreadful decor. Ripped carpets. 3 star hygiene rating stopped us even attempting breakfast.
breakfast value for money location
rooms need modernising
Needed blackout curtains to stop neighbouring security light shining into the room all night.
Room ok, bathroom needed update
The staff were lovely and the standard of the food was great. The location was perfect.
The level of room facilities wasn't great. The tv didn't work properly and the single bed was just an uncomfortable campbed. The double bed was very comfortable tho and all linen very clean.
The location and the sea view, the lovely staff and a great breakfast.
The bedroom furniture was old and dated, in need of some modernisation. But this is reflected in the price and was value of money
Simple good old fashioned b & b cud do with touching up and re carpet but for 1 night it was enjoyable
Breakfast was nice.
I had to a lukewarm shower.
Location, friendly staff
Lovely staff, nice breakfast, lovely location. Very cheap!!!
Very outdated, and a little tatty
The young girl on reception she was most helpful.
The decor throughout.parking having to pay the meter the total lack of modernisation.
Good value for money and good breakfast
I loved the location. Sea view is beautiful. Breakfast arrangement was good.
Wifi speed was poor. Room carpets weren't clean...looked like a very old ones. There is no staff after 10pm.
Room 302 very spacious .a good upgrade . Good food and service from the staff ..at the iris also .
No lift ..
Good welcome and breakfast was served pretty quick.
The decor of the rooms was very dated and the overall appearance of the room was poor. Tv didn't work and curtains not even ironed. Bathroom was very basic and didn't want to try the shower. Could do with a overhaul.
The location is perfect. The room /bathroom were clean. Staff were all friendly and the breakfast edible…all for less than £40 on a Saturday night.
The place is worn out looking, but the room was fine and suited our purposes.
Friendly staff and very comfortable establishment.
Breakfast times could b a bit later for leisure trips.
Location. Shame rooms tired and need of renovation .
Bar area lacks homely feel. Lacks tables
