Score from 659 reviews Very good
Clean and comfortable with great breakfast. Would stay again
tvs could have been bigger as I'm a bit short sighted and the tvs seemed tiny
The leisure facilities are very good , nice breakfast and friendly staff
Creaky floor boards
Friendly and helpful staff and a good location close to the beach.
The friendlyness of the staff. The lovely warm swimming pool.
Very friendly, helpful staff, excellent breakfast. Room looked recently refurbished. Very enjoyable stay and would definitely visit again
The only negative was that the room was warmer than I would like (radiator was off) but that is a personal preference and remedied by opening the window for a bit :)
Loved having an ensuite bathroom with bath. Had a comfy bed and a good night's sleep. Cleanliness good and nice breakfast. Lovely location.
When in Bournemouth with work we always use this hotel. Clean, friendly staff' warm welcome and nothing is to much trouble. It's real value for money.
The manager was so kind to help me with my dead batery. The hotel was perfect the room, the internet . Thank you guys.
Staff very helpful and friendly. Very keen to give directions and ensure I had an enjoyable stay.
Very hard to criticise given the value for money this hotel has to offer. Perhaps earlier breakfast would be good.
I would have given excellent if not the women in the bar a tall women with blond hair in her middle age was RUDE LIKE IT IS NO WORLD FOR IT
the women in the bar who served she was tall and with bleach hair and EXTREMELY RUDE...and races with her middle aged friends sitting around and drinking...
Good breakfast nice staff good location gym a little dated but all in all good value
Noting not to like
The room was just what I wanted and found it to be great value for money.
Every where I walked the floors were creaking, walking up the stairs, walking around my room,I was conscious of the people below me as it would be loud, I could hear other people walking around.
I stay often in Bournemouth as I have family in Wimborne, everything about the hotel was excellent, staff, food, facilities etc.
We met at this hotel a year ago. Our return was every bit as magical. The staff are friendly, helpful and good fun. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Lovely bathroom, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, mini fridge, good sized wardrobes. The leisure facilities were warm, welcoming and tranquil. Would thoroughly recommend this venue.
There is nothing to dislike.
All very good, swimming pool excellent and staff very friendly and helpful
tv. a bit too loud in bar area, not really a problem.
Everything. Clean modern bathroom
Friendly staff spa parking
Friendly service, lovely room, location
Rooms, Nordic Spa, Food, Parking, Location... could go on!
Can't think of anything significant!
Very relaxed atmosphere. Great service from very competent staff. Lady behind during the afternoon a good laugh and very friendly.
The rooms were very warm, but the weather was quite warm for late November
I am in a wheelchair as is my husband. We've stayed in a lot of hotels but this is the first that had proper wheelchair access rooms. Loads of space to put clothes away and big dressing table and mirror, that is important because I'm still a woman. We could both move around the room in our chairs. The staff are lovely and didn't treat us any differently than if we were able bodied. The hotel really is a lovely hotel and we will have already booked our next stay.
The only down side is that the the disabled room has 2 single beds and the mattress was so hard it hurt my arthritic joints. I will take a mattress topper with me next time so it's a bit softer.
Lovely large room, slightly outdated but comfortable. Really liked the large windows and the view of the tree lined street.
No smoking rooms. However there was a nice little outdoor smoking area, table chairs and cover. There was no bag stand for our luggage.
Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
