Our restaurant is non smoking and very spacious.

All 50 en suite bedrooms have been decorated to a very high standard and feature tea and coffee making facilities, an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, trouser press, satellite colour TV with teletext and a direct dial digital telephone with voice mail. Executive rooms enjoy additional facilities, including a minibar fridge that can be stocked upon request. The pool and steam room are a bonus as the weather was rubbish and only a short walk into Bournemouth this is our 5th time staying at the Elstead just to get a short break away without having to travel to far

plenty of relaxing areas

room was extremely hot and uncomfortable not only due to weather but heating hot water pipes under floor made the heat problem worse.No form of air conditioning although was given a fan to help disipate the heat

Good restaurant with a manager who has a good sense of humour. Good walkinf distance to beach area, Excellent Italian restaurant nearby.

Swimming pool area was too hot and very unappealing.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful - nothing was a problem. The room was great and the swimming pool kept our daughter busy given the British Summer weather !

The food was over priced and limited in choice (although tasty !), especially childrens food/menu. They stopped serving hot food at 8.30pm. They tried to charge me twice for bar food.

The size and comfort of the room. There was also a comfortable seating area with sofa and small table and chairs. The bathroom was also of a good size. The bar staff were very friendly. It is in a good location, within walking distance of the town.

The meals served in the bar were very disappointing, as was the item cooked to order at breakfast.
