The staff were friendly and helpful, the included breakfast buffet was excellent, with a good range of items to choose from. The room was of a good size and the bathroom was well cleaned and had a great shower. The hotel itself wasn't too far from the beach and the outside was as well maintained as the inside. A towel wasn't left for one of us on the second night of our trip, but this was brought up to the room by one of the staff after informing reception. On departure day, the housekeeping knocked twice while we were getting ready (we still checked out before the check-out time). A "do not disturb" notice for the door wouldn't go amiss as we had to answer both times in various states of undress. |

Some of the staff in Dining Room particular a young Chinese lady, thought some of the staff on Sunday morning were not very good, missed us for Tea/Coffee and the table next to us. Was overcharged by £30 on the first night by the Receptionist informed her straight away she said she would amend the bill, but she did not do this as the bill was the same when we checked out on the Sunday so staff do not follow our request through she agreed we had been overcharged. |

The breakfast was good, and the location of the hotel was only a short (15min) walk from the beach. Nice pool and sauna. For the money the hotel suited our needs. The room was very small, and very hot. The bathroom felt like it had underfloor heating it was that hot, and the shower ran very slow. The steam room was a bit novel with plastic garden chairs to sit on. |

Comfortable room The staff in restaurant did not appear to come across as customer friendly.I entered .The manager checked his watch to make sure it was 0800 before letting me in for breakfast. The menu was removed before I had chance to look at it and I had to ask for it back. The fire evacuation instructions in my room were unreadable . |

Four poster family room was very nice. Spa pool is decent size and warm enough for kids to stay in for an hour or more, although a tad strong on the chlorine. Food is okay and the staff were generally very friendly and helpful. Location is easy to get to in a quiet tree lined avenue. Beach or centre of town are a brisk 10 to 15 mins walk. After a day of sunshine our standard double room, comfortable but on the small side, was too hot (although ceiling fan helped a little) and the hotel in general felt too hot to us. Having said that our 3 kids had a 4 poster (queen size!) family room with sofa bed which was great and being larger and maybe due to its Westerly aspect didn't seem so hot. |

A clean & tidy well priced hotel. It was a little bit further out of the town centre then I thought but in a nice quiet road so no bad thing. Breakfast was good too. I was lucky to find a parking space, I guess it could be a problem at times. |
