That it was close to Stanmore Tube Station and easy to get to Wembley Stadium, staff were really helpful and the rooms were very clean and quite spacious |

The hotel staff were very friendly and we felt relaxed taking our 5 year old son into the bar of an evening for a meal |

The room was very nice & half of the staff were very friendly & helpful Half of the staff were not helpful or friendly ie.barman & checkout staff. Also, throughout my stay there were problems with what I had & hadn't paid for, resulting in my being asked to pay for things I had already paid for eg.I prepaid for dinner & breakfast on arrival, & I paid for my drinks at the bar when I ordered them, but they were all put on my final bill. This took a long time to resolve!! |

Very nice room. Staff were friendly. Bar meals ok. The hotel was booked as the review said only 12miles from Wembley, 20 minutes away!. It was infact a 30 minute walk to the nearest station and then we had to catch the tube from there to underground to get to Wembley. The location wasn't as close to Wembley as we had been led to believe. Also the bar was scruffy, dirty plates with half eaten food left on tables that weren't cleared for ages. |
