Holiday Inn London Elstree  

On arrival we had a drink at the bar and the Becks cloudy and bad so I had to retun this. Our room tv didn't work, from 6pm I asked 4 time to have this fixed and we returned at 11pm and sitll no working tv. (It never did). There was a light that didn't work and cobwebs handing from the lights.. Breckfast was also poor, the food was cool and sitting in fat. Overall a poor experiance!

I stay at this holiday when I visit family. It has a nice atmosphere the staff are nice the rooms are clean.

Position was great. Breakfast good. Service good.

It was ideally located for meeting family and friends and usually Holiday Inns have a fairly high standard.

We have stayed at this Holiday Inn on many occasions and would always feel we have had value for money with all services and facilities up to a good standard. However, this time our room had a noisy air condition unit and the bath room needed a good clean. I could have asked to be moved, but it was late when we arrived at the room and it was only one night. I pointed the above out when we checked out, the reception said they would enter onto the computer in future to give us a quiet room! And that they were aware of the noisy air con unit.

Not much to be honest, the girl on reception was useless and really didn't care, I asked for a double room and got a twin with one bed with a broken leg. The tv didn't work properly and breakfast was awful.

I was over charged - I had to go and get a refund. The woman who checked me in was also quite rude about to me when I pointed out that you couldn't select double or twin on the online booking system.

Location was great as we were going to a wedding. Comfortable and clean and friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast was great and plentiful.

Only complaint was that there was only one bath towel!

That you can hear the noise from the bar whilst dining

1. Queues for breakfast when there were plenty of tables laid up for dinner. 2. Noise from corridors and squeaky housekeeping doors 3. Poor quality ingredients at breakfast (particularly fruit juices)

Staff refused to help with luggage to rooms, took 20 mins to find room at 00:40 upon arrival. Room was tired, marks on table bath panel was very loose Air Conditioning didn't work

The food was very good and the room was very comfortable though rather over heated.

het hotel heeft een uitstekende prijs/kwaliteitverhouding , zeker als je van de voordelen van een vroegboeking wil genieten . het ontbijt was trouwens prima maar wat te duur .
