Staff were friendly. Food was much better than I expected. Free internet was very useful, and it was nice not to have to pay extra for breakfast. The decor is dated, which makes it look worse than it is. |

Well located as it takes about 10 minutes from Maidenhead station on foot. The hotel staff was helpful. Wireless internet access was not usable in the room because the signal was too weak. I had to move to the public area to get the internet access, but the connection was a bit unstable and sometimes disconnected. |

The staff were very helpful and the evening meals were very good. It is a little tired & run down. The choice at breakfast was rather limited & the staff seemd overwhelmed by the amount of guests. |

the room was comfortable, clean although a bit dated and met my needs. Having the ensuite was essential and perfectly ok if a bit dated. No restaurant meals on a Sat night might be a problem to some guests. Plenty of off-road parking. No restaurant meals on a Sat night (only bar meals) and as a single female I did not feel comfrotable with going into the bar for a meal. |

Not far from the Maidenhead Railwaystation (10 minutes by foot) and in a quiet neighbourhood, Elva Lodge Hotel is a good startingpoint for a lovely walk along river Thames. |

It was near to the town centre and the breakfast was reasonable. The most expensive hotel offering the poorest facilities I have ever stayed in. Single bed, cramped room without a proper onsuite, poor value at £55. 3 weeks a go I paid £60 for a really excellent hotel in the Centre of Winchester, big room, big onsuite and a big double bed [and a better breakfast] so why was the Elva in Lodge offering so little for almost as much? A poor example of a modern hotel |

Ein einfaches, kleines, sauberes Hotel, zu einem für in der Nähe von London gelegenes, günstiges Hotel. Freundliches Personal. Sauberes Zimmer, bequemes Bett. Frühstück ausreichend. Mit dem Taxi 10 Minuten nach Windsor, 20 Min. nach Heathrow. Gute Zugverbindung nach Paddington. |
