We were made very welcome rooms very clean. Nothing too much trouble breakfast good and service good . Would definitely stay again just request lower floor
On top floor and no lift but was not a problem for my fellow guests Some noise from traffic but expected in a city
Location, staff, room size, car park, cleanliness, 5mins walk to civic hall and town
Pillows were too hard and not enough tea / coffee in room
The hotel is very comfortable. And all the staff are brilliant. Any thing you want they are more welcome to do for you.we went with 10 friends and everyone said they will be back.keep up the good work ken and the girls.
Service was excellent. Breakfast great. Location to the Races was also great
Breakfast finishes at 830am a little early 930 would be better
The coldness, ( the heating went on about 9 p.m.) The lights over the beds didn't work. The shower was difficult to get under and poured water onto the floor. They offered English Breakfast without cereal ( You had to pay an extra £6.50 ) The cooked breakfast was meagre 2nd day only half a piece of bacon.
the staff were friendly and the hotel was only a mile from the racecourse
the décor downstairs was a bit worn and the breakfast was quite small
The guests above our room were very noisy
Service from staff was 5 star. Rooms and bathroom were modern, spotlessly clean, and seriously comfortable bed! No noise overnight and an extremely comfortable bed lead to a brill nights sleep, followed by a freshly cooked breakfast with brilliant service again. Plenty of rear parking, amazing value for money for the standard of service/room provided.
Couldn't fault it.
The room was clean and tidy fresh. the kettle and cups are in the cupboard. It was great value for money, staff were excellent and offered to open the bar when ever we were ready for a drink.
staff, decent price for product . ideal location for wolves Marathon . good car park
The extension has very thin walls , we could here the snoring in the next room and the 2 a clock drunk upstairs had a very noisy 30mins before we could sleep . 9take ear plugs) .
Staff were very helpful and polite
No tea or coffee facilities in the room
Nice clean, modern, spacious and comfortable room.Lovely old character building, staff very friendly, would definate stay again!
Very friendly staff, comfortable room, good breakfast - cant ask for anything more really.
gigantic comfy bed, large deep bath, very polite & friendly staff, great location to city centre
The location of the hotel is excellent and there is off road parking. The staff are lovely, happy & so helpful and have lots of information about the area & the best places to visit. We had a refurbished room, super bathroom & big comfy bed.Full english breakfast, promptly served.I would recommend.
Clean, quiet, room. Spacious by UK standards. Plenty of on-site parking. A short walk into town.
I was very surprised to be served instant coffee served at breakfast. The breakfast menu did not allow for a cereal plus cooked breakfast combination without paying for both "Continental" and "Full English". Television too small to be seen from bed.
room was clean and large bathroom good bar service excellent car park good
facing the road very loud traffic not much sleep no baked beans on the breakfast was just enough
Comfort was good and breakfast was lovely
No call button at reception girl couldnt be in two places at the same time. No draft beer
Spotlessly clean throughout, really nice room and tiled bathroom (Room 10). Very helpful polite staff. Food was good for the most part.
Extremely hot room requested a fan was told to see if it cooled down later. Had to pay for WiFi it said was free in literature. One morning breakfast was cold for one person hot for other. Service at breakfast bit over attentive was asked 4 times one morning if we were ok (once was more than enough).
Staff genuinely very friendly and helpful.
It was nice and quiet yet near the centre. Very nice laid out room. Good breakfast.
The time it took to get breakfast.
I booked the hotel as we were attending a gig at the civic hall, the hotel is only 10 minutes walk from the venue and there are some nice friendly pubs along the way. Upon arrival at the hotel we were greeted by a very friendly man who helped us with all our enquiries and any extra bits we needed in our rooms including extra pillows. I couldn't fault the hotel at all, the rooms were tastefully decorated with comfy beds, a nice power shower and our room which was upstairs even had some oak beams which were a nice feature. The hotel was spotless and I would give our room 10/10 for cleanliness. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if we ever go back to Wolverhampton :-)
