Great location, close to tube, Paddington Station and Kensington Gardens. Room very small and not at all worth the money. Far too expensive for what you get. |

The hotel is located very close to city, but the street is absolutely quiet. Tube station is 2 minutes by walk, it is very easy to reach the famous places in London. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was really helpful. The breakfast is a bit poor. |

Nothing. The room was a shoebox size and definitley not 3 star. We were not offered anything acceptable (3 star) and left. We had to pay one night late cancellation fee. No lift. No help with the luggage. Rooms too small. Aweful. |

Very well situated for tube/rail access and close to Hyde park. Breakfast was: juice, cereal, fruit cocktail, toast, yoghurt, scrambled egg, beans, tea and coffee - rather than the continental or upgrade to full English that was advertised. This was OK by us. |

The location is excellent. Proximity to Paddington Station makes travel very easy. You can walk from the Elysee Hotel to Regents Park, Oxford Street, Notting Hill Gate and Portobello Road --to name a few. Close to tube stations and a variety of services. The front desk staff were extremely kind and helpful after my wallet was stolen at Marble Arch. The small rooms are so close together that my neighbor's tv sounded like it was right in my own room. This made sleeping difficult. The absentee hotel manager was not kind nor helpful after my wallet was stolen. |

Reception staff were very accommodating and helpful and the room, while very small, was unusual and excellent economy of space. Great location being opposite Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens entrance. The breakfast arrangements could be improved - both the seating space and the 'menu'. |

The staff was GREAT! Went out of their way to help and make sure if I needed anything, to let them know. I'll put pictures and more detail of my stay on Tripadvisors. I'd stay there again!! Felt very safe and great location. |

We had a positve impression as we arrived at the hotel as the staff was so friendly and helpful. We stayed here for 6 nights,in a Standard Twin Room – for 2 persons. The room was small, but nice and clean. The hotel is well located and the neighbourhood is very nice /the vicinity of Hyde Park/. It is an ideal, good value base from which to explore the capital. |

The staff was very helpful to every need we might have had, and even questioning us on things we would possibly need (eg, more than one person asked us if we needed a cab back to the airport) |
