staff were very friendly and contact by phone before my visit was also friendly and efficient. Small problem with credit card details was remedied quickly and with no fuss. |

Location was the key with the hotel. Room was comfortable and clean. Room was a bit small and cramped, especially for the money being charged. Work being done outside on the roads meant a bit of noise as well. |

Centrally placed in London, in short walking distance from Lancaster Gate and Paddington tube stations. Nice and welcoming staff. Road maintenance has been going on both of the times we've stayed before, but that's probably not the hotel's fault. |

The room was very small and the sound proofing poor. We were disturbed by other guests returning in the early hours. |

The staff were welcoming and friendly both at check in and at breakfast time and were helpful in recommending both the Lebanese and Italian restaurants as lovely places to eat. Shower was lovely and hota nd powerful. My experience of budget hotels places cleanliness of room and breakfast facilities top of the list and if there is no bath then a decent shower at least. Quietness (re traffic and external noise) is a bonus in London. This ticked all the boxes yet was only 2 minutes walk from tube. I am pregnant and whilst I was offered help up some steps to the lift, there were another 10 steps to my room after I had reached floor 4 with a heavy suitcase! The room was tiny, so small the en-suite did not have a door, I struggled to squeeze my belly past the chair to the bed and cracked my head on the sloping eaves over the bed. Internal walls thin, could hear tvs both sides. There was a safe placed at the end of the bed which encroached over the bed itself. I am not particularly tall but found this annoying so pity any poor 6 footer who got this room! Also the sink so small you could not fill the kettle.... had to fill cup and transfer! However having said that, and being a seasoned user of London hotels this hotel was good. |

The front desk staff were very helpful. Our room was so small we had to sleep with the suitcases on the bed. 2 people were crowded in the room. |

The location was great especially for the Heathrow Express from Paddington as 10 minute walk. It was just across the road from Hyde Park and on the bus line for Westfield Shopping Centre. Our room was quite small for twin share. |

A reqsonable priced hotel for a single traveler which was comfortable and convenient for Underground and transport links. The single room on the top floor was extremely cramped although it had all necesary facilities. Under bed storage for suitcase would have been helpful as there was little other room for a case because of lack of space. |

Close to transport, both tube and other train services ie. Heathrow train & country trains and London attractions. Plenty of cafes/restaurants close by. London a bit noisy compared with home, but that is London! |

Localisation is very good, few blocks from underground. Clean rooms. Silent street. I would stay there again. Good restaurants in the neighborhood. Room was small, but acceptable. |

the location was great, the staff was ok but not the best. anyway they were fine for the money spent. the bathroom was clean, the room was ok for the money we spent (404 pounds for 3 nights - three beds room); the last day before leaving I asked support to the receptionist for getting the right bus to the airport and some other little information. he was quite disturbed by my requests... it makes me feeling he was like that because I was leaving and I had already paid |

The location is brilliant for accessing West End shopping and theatres and the sites of London, accommodation very clean and included sustaining breakfast. Staff pleasant and helpful. Single room very tiny and mattress somewhat hard for my personal preference, but as I spent most of my time out and about the room size was not a major issue. |

The location, that was it. The room was tiny, the staff spoke poor English, the bathroom was so small you couldn't open the door all the way and the bed was the most uncomforatable thing I had ever slept on. Also, the price was outrageous for what you got. |
