es un hotel quina única distinció és que és molt a prop de l'aeroport d'east midlands Si. A l'arribada -check in- et pregunten si has arribat en cotxe. Després a l'hora de fer el Check-out- t'assabenten que s'ha de pagar el parking. Si t'ho diguessin abans és tan fácil com aparcar-lo fora (hi ha molt de llopc)..... |

it being a airport hotel i had to ring to find out if there was a coutersy shuttle to the airport and back in the end we had to pay for the service each way,i felt this was wrong. |

When we arrived at 20h45 we were told that there was no hot food available and we would have to order takeaway to be delivered. We did this and it took one hour to arrive. In the meantime other guests arrived after 21h00 and were able to order hot food from the kitchen. It seems that this problem was due to a staff member finishing their shift at 21h00 and not wanting to prepare food before going home. |

Being able to easily adjust the heating & ventilation. I used the tv for an alarm call, but had to phone reception to check which was the standby button as the diagram on the pamphlet was not clear! (A small niggle!) I appreciated the excellent double glazing as I heard nothing overnight! (Perhaps there are no flights?) The 2 sets of doors into the hotel open in different directions - a bit awkward with 2 wheeled cases, and the from reception towards the lifts the door is very heavy, any chance of automatics?? Also I was a bit dissappointed to have to pay £6 for a taxi to departures as I was too early for hotel transport - it's advertised on the web site! |

The room was very comfortable and the room rate included continetal breakfast The food and drink are far to expensive. People who had transport did in fact travel out to find restuarants. |

Convenient to airport, helpful staff, clean, comfortableroom. Early (0415) breakfast was a great idea. Other food a bit pricy - went around the corner for a better deal. |

It was cheap enough and served our purpose. The non-smoking room smelled of stale cigarette smoke and we needed more pillows. The bar prices were a bit steep. The breakfast was a bit lacking. Perhaps think about a cooked breakfast for those who would pay a small premium. Insufficient parking and a bit of a problem getting through the barrier in the morning |

Location close to the airport Shuttle bus pointless as no available driver, Then no taxi as the reception admitted they had forgotten to book it. Assured shuttle would be available on return, this was not the case.I Am considering whether to retain my Priority credit card or not? |

The staff were extremely pleasant and went out of their way to be helpful There were no signs that I could see from the airport and I had difficulty finding it as I do not know the area and I got the impression from the website that it was closer to the airport. I didn't read the reviews |
