The staff were extremely pleasant and went out of their way to be helpful There were no signs that I could see from the airport and I had difficulty finding it as I do not know the area and I got the impression from the website that it was closer to the airport. I didn't read the reviews |

Arrived in the early hours to be warmly recieved by reception staff, with everything ready. Very good facilities food and drink at that time in the morning. Really handy for East Mids Airport. |

The staff was exseptional nothing too much to help and the room service ie tea ,coffe , milk and tioletrees, etc a great stay The food was poor and expensive. It would be great if a full English breakfast was offered Car park fee a bit miff, |

Staff were all friendly and efficient, we used their transport to the airport which is very handy. Food at dinner was good quality and well presented, not gourmet but very satisfactory. Room was well fitted out and comfortable, will definitely stay again when flying from East Midlands. |

Our stay was marred by the noise of other residents which was uncontrolled by the staff. Having complained about the issue whilst we were there, we were asked to email our complaint, which we did so, within 2 days. 3 days later I have not received any response - not even an acknowledgement |

The hotel was fully booked by a majority of young motor sports fans, Donnington Park being nearby. They were drunk and extremely noisy and used foul language constantly. A complaint to the reception desk at 0300 was useless as noise continued throughout the night. The breakfast room was very dirty from the activities of the hotel guests the night before and the choice of breakfast was not good. |

Very nice friendly helpful staff, quiet room, close to Airport. Excellent cont. breakfast included in price, and served from 4am, superb for early travellers. |

First-a good price for a good room, if-as always with airport hotels- rather boring! Excellent shower; breakfast (included) was better than expected in a rather pleasant lounge/dining area. Good shuttle to airport. |
