Comfortable bed, very quiet room

Even with the heating up to 25degrees, I was freezing! I warmed myself up with the room hairdryer and wrapped myself in my day clothes to warm up! Had a similar problem at a Holiday Inn in London, so presume this is just a chain thing.

Temperature controlled bedrooms. Breakfast was available early in morning and there was a great selection. Holiday Inn very clean, comfortable and modern.

Proximity to airport. Good value.

I only stayed one night before an early flight the next morning so the location next to the airport was excellent. I am a great fan of Holiday Inn and, as usual, the comfort, cleanliness, facilities, etc were excellent. Breakfast available from 4 a.m. was a bonus.

For an overnight stay it was absolutely fine. Good early breakfast. Quiet and comfortable room.

The coffee in the room was awful and I just hate big chunky mugs!!!

Staff were friendly and very helpful,room was warm clean and comfortable.

The cooked breakfast was stone cold at 7-30 when we came down the staff did offer to reheat in the microwave but reheated scrambled egg is not very nice.

I liked the whole hotel in general, it was just what we required. We were visiting relatives in the area. We were also able to get a smoking room which is very important to my husband.

There was nothing we really didn't like.

Car park did not feel very secure, breakfast was limited (but good quality) Tea tray in room was quite short of supplies.

Breakfast was poor quality with very limited selection. Room cleaning staff kept entering the room before I had checked out, this woke me on the first occasion and I had just left the shower on the second occasion.

Does exactly what it says on the box. Super friendly staff, got us checked in in no time, despite a late arrival. Noisy wedding party in the foyer,-was prepared for a sleepless night, but sound proofing was very successful...zzzzzzzz. Brilliant breakfast!

The accommodation and the toilet/shower area were good .The staff were pleasant and helpful .

The food in the dining area was adequate rather than inspiring . My evening meal was thoroughly overcooked . a steak which I ordered was dried out seemingly having been previously cooked and then reheated . Breakfast was adequate . a memberof staff in the dining room would have been beneficial . Tables in the eating area were left uncleaned for the duration of my meals . I did report these points to the manager at the time .

Really good hair dryer. Worked several hours with no problems. A lot of other hotels in the same place.

There was badly cold in my room. Terribly cold - to be precise. It was cold early April. Already walking through corridor to my room I felt that there is strangely cold. In my room the same. Switched on AC, however it was blowing with cold air so in effect there was cold an windy in the room. Then noticed hotel's information on the wall: for your comfort the temperature in your room is pre-set as at least 18 degrees! It is not a comfortable temperature, however accordin to my feeling there was colder than 18C. Then found hair dryer on the room's wall. It has 1250 Watts - so seemed to be adequate to heat my room a little. After several hours the temperature in my room became nearly acceptable. So I switched off the dryer to sleep without noise. Slept in two T-shirts and pajamas, however woke up about 4am terribly frozen. In my opinion there was no more than 13C in my room. Noise was better than good night's sleep so decided to swith on the hair dryer again. In that way I survived till morning, when additionally opened hot shower to increase the temperature. In the smoking room there was no ventilaton and windows locked! No free internet in the room. Do not recommend this hotel in clod seasons. It was the coldest place I've ever stayed!

I thought childrens menu limited and not advertised, only adult meals shown. The food quite expensive compaired to the room price.
