Lovely hotel, great sized family room.

Friendly staff nice decor good breakfast good parking

Could do with better (feather/down) pillows It was a bit chilly in the room in the morning but either the radiator and towel rail were not working or the heating was switched off. Although it is mild, it is January.

We liked the comfy bedrooms, the breakfast and friendly staff.

Staff were great, so was the food. Also got a free upgrade

They advertised Free wifi with other than location this was the main reason I picked this hotel to catch up on admin . But they now charge for wifi so I was not very happy. The staff gave me access to Hotel Admin wifi but it was very slow in my room.

A treat for my daughter before starting uni , very welcoming , lovely room , great food and the spa bath was lovely after a long drive . would definitly like to return .

Following extensive redevelopment work, the hotel is building an excellent reputation which judging by our experience is richly deserved. Beautifully decorated and furnished throughout, spacious comfortable public and bedrooms super food and friendly staff that seem to care without being overpowering.

Recently re-furnished rooms and good decor. Staff were polite and service was excellent.

We had booked the Executive Family room on Booking.com, but, when I called to confirm parking arrangements, I was advised that we would be given a Family double instead, which was okay. But, what was not explained was that the Double room had the Fire Exit passage through the room for the floor! Further, there were no other windows and hence no ventilation which could eventually create condensation and damp problems. Would recommend that people check which room they r getting before booking confirmation.

Quite simply this is a little jewel of a hotel. A brilliant find. Hotel has excellent standards throughout and food is great too. If you are thinking about booking here then do it, you won't be disappointed.

We stayed in the Exec Family Room which was a good size for 3. Pleasant hotel with small gym and hot tub which were good.

A bit noisy in our room (14) in the morning from some air conditioning, but quiet in the room of our children (2)

The room were very nice decorated. The staff were very kind and helpful.
