Room was pleasant The room was quite hot with poor ventilation. But this is to be expected given the time of the year .Airconditioning would be the only solution..

Ok for the money! Free Wi-fi in lobby. Very expensive breakfast... £8 for a couple of pieces of toast and some jam & yoghurt. The room was rather small for a twin room.

Staff were rude and unhelpful, I am still awaiting any response to my queries, I feel like a second class person with no rights, I am very cross!! I will not be reccommending this Hotel to any of my staff, clients, friends or family members! I would be embarrassed to run such a poor establishment!! I doubt these comments will be taken into any account, as you obviously dont care about your customer satifaction!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff were cheerful and very helpful. Very responsive and understanding. The location is charming and peaceful. The floors creak a bit but just added to the character of the place. The free wi fi extends to most of the rooms even though it is not supposed to. Lovely place for us.

I have never stayed in such a dirty hotel, cobwebs everywhere, the toilet area smelt of urine, the carpet in the room had never seen a hoover, I couldnt eat breakfast although the dining room looked nice as the room was so dirty it put me right off. Hot smelly and stuffy - no ventilation the single rooms are also tiny cramped and miserable. Left me feeling depressed after a couple of nights. Stay here as a last resort - only

The location was convenient for me - but it is well off the beaten track! Seemed a bit dingy - needs to be re-furbished.

The staff were very friendly and helpfull, the food was nice and the room was clean and tidy wiith lovely white fresh sheets and towels. It was perfect location for the cemetery at Lavendar Hill which was the purpose for our visit. I would recommend the hotel. The only criticizm is that the room was very, very warm and the only way to make it cool enough to sleep was to have the window open which let in the road noise. I guess this is better than being cold tho :o)

Location and friendly staff Hotel is badly in need of redecorating, there were large holes in the hall carpet, and sound insulation between rooms was terrible. Breakfast, although nice was very small for the price charged compared to other chains.

It was convenient for visiting family. It was clean. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Definitely in need of refurbishment. Dated and dingy. Bed was not good quality and needed replacing. Paper thin walls meant that we heard far more than we wanted to of our neighbour's sexual activity - all night! The radiator grill fell off the wall. All in all, this was the sort of sad British hotel that I thought had been consigned to history, and would definitely not be able to recommend. Also, I could have booked the room for a lower price by ringing the hotel direct.

I had booked a single room for my Son who had returned from Taiwan and was attending a wedding within the area. Anticipating this questionnaire I can confirm that he was very satisfied with the hotel its facilities and the staff. No adverse comments concerning the hotel but I believe this was the first time that a 50% of the booking fee had been taken before arrival. This has not happened to me in past bookings with your site??

Location Rooms very small, furniture old, rooms looks like it was decorated 20 years ago and beds which clearly needs to be dumped and new ones purchase. Did not even give you a proper matt for the shower, just a paper one. Hotel and rooms overly hot and stuffy. In you information about the Hotel, it said free WiFi, what they mean was Free WiFi only in the bar lobby area.

Cheap and fairly near the middle of Enfield. Staff were friendly and efficient. The decor is old and delapidated. Big hole in the carpet on the landing. Door handle not properly attached. The shower wasn't clean, and obviously wasn't cleaned properly in the 3 days I was staying there. The shower was pathetically feeble. The toilet didn't flush very well.
