Room was pleasant The room was quite hot with poor ventilation. But this is to be expected given the time of the year .Airconditioning would be the only solution..

Really like the room in terms of size and cleanliness. The staff are friendly and helpful. I intend to be staying at the hotel over the next ten weeks so would appreciate it if i could have a room for £55 - 60 a night. It would be good if breakfast could be included in this price. I look forward to hearing from you Jane Morgan

It was ok for us as we were visiting reletives who do not live far from the hotel. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great value for money. The rooms were to hot unable to turn off or down heating. The mattress really should be changed as it was to most uncomfortable sleep I have ever had you could actually feel the springs inside the mattress. The bathroom needs a really good clean and re-siliconed as there is a lot of mould in and around the whole area of the bathroom.

Me and my sister basically needed a twin room for one night, as we were meeting up with friends in the area. Our room was very basic, a little cramped with all the furniture in there and the decor was quite dated, but to be fair, we were only staying for one night and the main point was that the room was very clean and had the basics we needed, plus the lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. It was also reasonabley priced for Enfield and the location of the hotel meant we got a good nights sleep too as it was so quiet, plus the beds were comfy too! So to sum up, we would stay here again! The room was quite cramped with all the furniture in there!

I had a very bad stay, the heating in the bedroom and bathroom was on the whole time, even when I turned it off it continued to stay on the whole night.I Turned it off at 11pm thinking it would go off but the heat woke me up at 1.30 am and kept me up the whole night due to the heat.I Reported it on departure and got told I should of rerported the problem and replied saying at 1.30 am I was to tired to report the problem . This led me to over sleep as I eventually fell asleep at 5.00 am and be late for a meeting which I went in late and totally exhausted as I had very little sleep.I Have never stayed at a comfort hotel before and will not in the future.I Would expect at least from the company at least one nights free accomadation to use on a business stay in the future. I await your response. Thank you Mr a Hoff

The staff are very friendly and courteous. Food is ridiculously overpriced and very poor. Breakfast =£9.95!!! I hadn't eaten when I arrived so ordered a rib eye steak with chips, mushrooms and grilled tomato. Out came this plate with absolutely no garnish and no effort. Frozen chips were like cardboard, half a grilled regular (small) tomato and one... Yes one button mushroom. Not a portobello a regular button mushroom! The steak was small and smelt and tasted dodgy.... Really poor. Room was ok though but carpets are thread bare and smelly.

The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We were upgraded to Honeymoon Suite - very nice. Extra towels were supplied within five minutes of asking (as only one hand and one bath towel) in room. Could not fault the service. We would stay again. The bed canopy and bathroom were a bit tired looking and the shower plughole was partially blocked due to the build up of hair (I did try to unblock it myself) and reported it on leaving the hotel. We only had one bath and one hand towel between us.

Our main reason (coming from the north) for staying was for the free car park, near the a1 and easy to get to. The hotel was £50 for two of us so we wasn't exspecting too much, the room was simple but comfy, more than what we needed! The receptionists were really nice and very helpful. The tube/train stations were near it took us 15 minutes to get into central London!! I think hotels like this get bad ratings when they are simply not needed when even a travellodge that night cost £120 and no parking!! Alreally planning our next night out and will be staying with you again, thank you

Clean, tidy, quite convenient location - fine for overnight stay. Pleasant and helpful young lady when checking in/out at reception. Single room - 215 - slept ok but mattress will probably need changing before too long - tending to "dip" in middle.

I was working in London over the weekend and the Hotel fiited my requirements exactly. They did not serve evening meals over the weekend - not a real problem as there are a selection of restaurants within easy walking distance.

Perfect location to visit family living nearby, but giving us a peaceful room to spend the night. The bed was a little too hard for me.

The room was clean and comfortable When I tried to rearrange my date, due to changed circumstances, I was told I would have to pay full price and re-book. Room service had a £3 service supplement (not mentioned on the "room service menu"

“Have used this hotel a few times now. We originally started using it when we couldn't get rooms in a hotel a bit nearer where we were working. We have found the Chace is better priced, friendlier, has better food & is now the hotel that my Norwegian colleagues are asking to stay at when we are working in the area. Staff have a great attitude and a sense of humour too.” Jonathan, Broadstairs |
