Breakfast was very good. The bed was comfortable. Parking was on-road and fairly restricted - we went out one morning to discover that the car behind us was parked bumper-to-bumper with our car! Luckily no dent. There were noisy guests who came home late and as we were on the ground floor, we were disturbed each time front door was shut.

This B&B was near to where my brother lives in Falmouth so was very convenient for us. This B&B was mediocre with just one handtowel between 2 people for our stay and inspite of asking for another one,the towels were never changed unless asked to do so.The drawer handles were broken and so was the bathroom louvered door. This accommodation is only suitable for students some of which they had staying there. The choice of cereal for breakfast was also not good but the cooked breakfast was very good.

Breakfast was high quality and served in large quantities. Shower was not working on arrival consequently we had to change rooms halfway through our stay. We were also not informed of breakfast being served next door for some reason? Central heating noisy so I turned it off also had an allergic reaction to the pillows.

A lovelly friendly place to stay. The room was clean and fresh, with plenty of tea and coffees. The best breakfast I think I have had in years. They had scrambled egg with smoked salmon on the specials board, which I thought was a great alterative if you dont fancy al full English. Sarah was lovelly as a host, there when you needed her, but not intrusive. Will return and recommend
