Location, staff, decoration and comfort of the rooms was very good, car parking, we did not use the restaurant in the evening however it was very poular, breakfast service was nice and relaxed very enjoyable. Very good no dislikes

decor and comfort were top rate and, as I was driving my mother to go onto the Queen Mary for a cruise, the proximity of the quay was very convenient.. But even if it's only for day dreaming and watching boats in lovely surroundings it would be worthwhile I think.

The Hotel was spotless and very well appointed. Fantastic building steeped in history, excellent staff and restaurant. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone and we will be going back. Rooms were to hot. Just make sure that the bathroom door is closed at all times. The Towel rail turns the room in to a Sauna.

The very friendly way we were met by the staff, our room was very well presented, comfortable and very clean. Our evening meal was to a very high standard with priceing not over the top. Parking is not very big and needs to be booked before hand All was good for us.could not find anything to complain about.

This hotel was absolutely amazing-could not fault it! Ideal location for the Isle of wight ferry and very close to town centre for going out and about! The staff was very friendly and helpful and gave the hotel a very personal feel-they couldn't do enough for us! Had dinner in the restaurant which was delicious and brillant value for money-they even gave us a free dessert for my partner's birthday! Room was so comfortable-wish I could've taken the bed home with us! Thank you for a perfect weekend-would definitely stay there again and have recommended it to friends and family :) Nothing! Absolutely faultless!!

beautifully appointed rooms. very comfortable bed and great shower room. food really nice in on site dining. friendly staff, very reasonable price. very intrusive light penetration from street lighting. noise reduction from road could be better managed with improved glazing.

It was a pleasure to be a guest in this unique hotel( a conveted warehouse) with well designed rooms in a modern but tasteful layout. The staff on my my vist 27/2 were helpful , pleasant and accommodating. We will definitely use this location again. Well done! Having booked and paid for a car parking resevation ( there are only 6 slots) Some diners were still in the restaurant late pm when we returned from the theatre. I had to wait until one of them had left to get parked! There needs to be a slot marked for those who have book rooms at the hotel.
