Very helpful staff. It was cleaned every day. Great localisation. Small room, a tiny bathroom
Unfortunately served sweet breakfast with unlimited coffee and tea.
- cheap compared to price - Nicely located in Victoria
- Ignore breakfast
Very affordable price and really close to all major London sight views, so if you aren't too old you can go walking to any place. Cleanness is ok but don't expect too much.
Internet doesn't work in the bedrooms, only in the reception. Carpets everywhere!
location is ok.
There is a bath however no bath plug as the management will not allow you to use it. There are toilets and showers however they are the smallest you've ever seen , dirty you have to ask for toilet paper when required because it would appear everyone in the hotel seems to share them. The bed is the most uncomfortable, cheap and nasty thing you can imagine. Breakfast consisted of a stale croissant, a slice of some kind of maderia/fruit cake, a mini blueberry muffin, a glass of strawberry diluting juice and a cup of tea that to me tasted as if it had been stewed over night all served on a white plastic cheap tray. OH yeah and when i asked the server what kind of fruit juice it was the girl said ' i don't know i don't drink that stuff '. The room had what we thought was frosted glass but we had that wrong turns out it was just dirt. The wardrobe was a coat hook and the chest of drawers was a desk. The room door didn't fully open because the room was so small the bed was in the way. There is no water pressure in any of the sinks i used in my room or in the toilet, a dribble is as good as it gets.Think av covered everything. I would definitely not recommend this hotel. The hotel is cheap and i have stayed in cheap hotels all over the world this however this place is terrible.
Although yes this property is dated we we're really pleased that it was very clean especially the bathroom, the staff we're really friendly and couldn't be more helpful with anything we needed for the baby. It's within walking distance to all the main London sights. We would stay there again if we wanted somewhere cheap clean and very good location :)
Quite dated but can't complain for the money!
The location, very near of Victoria Station Mrs Micaela, the chambermaid, was very very pleasant with us The breakfast was plentiful, but it wasn´t a traditional English breakfast
The hotel is poorly maintained and although it was clean, there were broken things in the room. The double bed was folding bed. It was very cold in the room because the heating was very low and during the night the radiator was cold. The shower curtain had mildew The bathroom was very small There wasn´t Wifi connection in the room and it was necessary to go to the entrance in order to connect Very expensive for the quality that they offer
Location was good, cost was good
Position is ok, walking distance from Victoria station.
The place is a stinky hole. It is freezing cold, old carpet stinks and shower is so hot you can't even put water on your body. The continental breakfast consist of 3 pieces of dry pastry and the staff women complains how busy she is because everyone comes at the same time. It's not like she has to cook it. It is not too dirty it is just so run down that the place makes you feel wrong.
I liked the location of the hotel and that was about it!
My room was so high up in the property I could not access wi-fi - I was three storeys up. Major reason for choosing hotel is whether it is wi-fi or not!!! Room facilities were extremely poor - no hot water from sink within the room. No tea coffee facilities ie no kettle. Shared bathroom facilities were filthy and not in the least desirable after a long journey to get washed in or in morning to get showered in. Really not a good hotel - for the cost - yes I know it is London but basic comfort and hygiene is required. I would have been happier with a hostel for a more appropriate cost!.
Great location. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Heating in rooms was sufficient and there was always hot water in the shower. After the room change we were happy with the new one. Breakfast was ok but I would appreciate tea making facilities in the room.
The first night we got a room with a bunk bed which was terrible - shaky and squeaky. I ended up sleeping on the floor. We asked for a room change and fortunately it was not a problem. I would suggest refurbishing room no. 208 - it would make a great single room.
great location (15min walk from victoria station) really nice staff 2 bathrooms good price and breakfast was included so that's nice free wifi
the shower was broken (good thing there are 2 bathrooms) there were stains on the sheets the sink in the bedroom was clog
location waiting staff
very small room bed quality shared bathrooms not on every floor wifi only in the basement
Hospitality offered by Endrea.
Room was too tiny. TV is just like a laptop in size.
Good Location Friendly staff
Cold Showers Narrow Stairs Thin Walls Paper Thin Pillow
Friendly staff at breakfast, location close to all major attractions
Needs a major overhaul in furniture and fittings. Entrance very grubby, particularly the carpet. claustrophobic bedroom, little natural light. Very noisy each morning early!!! furniture scraping and voices talking from 6am. Steep stairway to basement bedrooms, breakfast very basic.
The pictures on the website look nothing like the rooms in the hotel. Me and my friend barely had room to move. There was a bunk bed, a sink and three drawers in the room. The handles on each of the drawers were all broken so you couldn't even use them. Had to keep all our clothes etc in our suit cases. When we arrived down to breakfast 15 mins prior to it's closing time, our waiter shouted at us "quick quick". We were not impressed. The showers were located on the top floor which was very awkward. As for the comfort of the beds, there simply was none! The squeaking and noise off them made them impossible to sleep. We had planned on staying for three nights but had to move out after one! Iv travelled a lot but this hotel beats all! Good location was the only upside.
breakfast.... never eat something like that.... horror..... room very small the bathroom, i don´t have word´s.... so old...
Close proximity to London Victoria train station. Friendly staff. Beds Just about ok.
Crampy bathroom and toilet. Tiny flat screen TV Breakfast was fine...but no choice was given...we had to eat what was available...no options for toast and butter or cereal.....
Very friendly staff & nice people
Breakfast is very poor, please provide better options
Hotel has great location- 5 minutes walk from Victoria Station. Room was clean.
Facilities are old, cleanliness in toilets and showers could be better. Poor continental breakfast. It seems, owners of hotel are saving on everything.
localisation (5 min walking from Victoria Station)
1.breakfast was very pood, just 1 croissant and 2 pieces of cake, no butter, cheese, jam, honey... 2. Heating in our room didnt work. When we told it to manager she gave us extra blancet 3. They charge to keep our bags few our longer (1£) 4. Toilet far awey from the room (not even on the same floor) 5. Very noisy
When I came London fot the second time, I stayed here again. It's worth for money. You cant find any cheaper hotel in this area. It's near to Victoria Station and Victoria Coach Station. Good place to stay in central London with low budget. Staff is also very nice.
Only the proximity with other major attraction in London
They only put the heat very late at night and for few hours. When I arrived the first day in the afternoon, I wanted to rest but I almost caught cold because the room was freezing... No modernity at all. I lost my keys and they charged me 20 pounds for that. The breakfast is not continental in reality and was disgusting. No soap in the shower. It seems like even the basics things are a big deal in this hotel. This is a place to stay only for one night if you really can not afford other one. For no reason in this world I would stay again in this hotel.
Clean, good location, some breakfast included, hairdryer available to borrow
Sharing bathrooms, quite a poor breakfast
