Size of room (too small) and poor breakfast buffet
Staff, location, breakfast, quietness.
Room size was a little small.
The bathroom is really small.
Location Free and fast wifi Size of room (twin) New furniture
There was no hot water, staff couldn't fix it until tomorrow. We were not offered to change room or get upgrade They didn't receive reservation from booking.com, altough booking.com sent email confirmation that full price was charged at the day of bookkng. We had to wait to find a room for us and make few phone calls in front of us to check what happend Slow check in/out process Poor staff
We had no complaints at all. Anna , the receptionist who met us when we arrived was very helpful and very welcoming.
Location is great, just few minutes walk from Earl's court tube station. The room is very clean.
Great little hotel conveneniently located very near Earl's Court Tube station. Spotlessly clean, great beds, decent bar. Brilliant for the price! Understood it's been bought by a new investor though, so probably won't be priced as friendly next year I'll be in London. But who knows, we'll see. :)
Location & price are good. Room was adequate.
The room walls are made of paper. Someone farts in bed in the next room, you will hear it. Maybe even smell it.
- Staff were exceptionally nice and welcoming. -Exceptionally high standard of cleanliness and care taken in room service. One of the best I've ever had. I threw away some old clothing which I had torn and obviously by mistake but out of sheer care and concern for their job whoever serviced the room neatly put it back on the side obviously as they believed it had 'fallen into the bin by mistake.'
- Annoying you need to give in your key every time you enter and leave the hotel. Saves the hotel the trouble of customers losing the key but causes the customer unnecessary hassle. -One key for a room of 2+ people. Inconvenient if you have separate agendas on occasion. - Asked for double bed but was given two twin beds? -(Small £2.00) Charge to use luggage room.
Unfriendly/unhelpful staff. Shocking wifi connection and not secure!
It was better than expected from previous reviews, staff were not at all surly and it was comfortable and clean n. Typical budget hotel.
Internal walls are a bit thin.
The location was ideal, very close to restaurants and bars. Earls Court was a very nice and clean area which was a nice place to be especially during the busy new years rush.
The room was too small and way overpriced for what we received. Staff weren't as helpful as they could be which was also disappointing.
I find it unfair to add a 2,5% charge to payments in the case of bank cards.
Clean, TV, Room Service, Easy transportation (near tube station), friendly staff.
Shower (too small).
The hotel rooms and location.
The Front Office staff could be more friendly. A simply greeting while the guest approach the front desk.
Location just off Earls Court tube station was excellent. The room rate on sale is good value but I wouldn't pay full price for this place as it is old and needs updating.
Staff were not friendly at all. Wifi connection was ridiculously slow and not on a secure network! Heating in room didn't work. Shower was either boiling hot or freezing cold (no in-between).
Warm and comfortable rooms at value for money prices.
Thin joining walls between bedrooms means you have to hope for quiet guests in adjoining rooms
How clean the room was and close to the tube station
Location is great, near Tube station. Nice Lounge
Room is small and has the feeling of an old building. The room that we had could only be reached through a staircase so no real use of elevator despite heavy luggage.
The équipement was cheap
Rooms are much smaller than on the photos Bed size was smaller than in the offer Bathroom is very small, therefore was wet after the shower for a very long time - ventilation didn't help
Location is good just 5 minutes walk from Earl's Court tube station.
Room allocated is without window.
Rooms are small but very comfy and very warm needs a spot of paint in bedrooms but other than that very happy
Food in the restaurant we did not eat break fast there so cant judge that but we had dinner one evening and left most of it flavourless and we got frozen veg!!
Not much, decor was nice downstairs, location is good
Food - terrible rooms - very hot
Location, well-organized "old british" interior , quiet street, agreeable ledder.
Small rooms, window view, corridor steps noise.
