The location only a block from the Tube made it ideal for exploring London. There were also lots of restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. They wanted to charge 10 pounds a night to use the a/c!

Excellent location less than 5 minutes walk from earls court tube station. Easy access to catch the tube to heathrow and to other main attractions off The Piccadilly line such as theatres and shows. Ideal for theatre goers or if your planning an overnight stop if you have flights from or to heathrow at unreasonable hours. Bed was a little uncomfy - personal preference though! Walls are a little thin if you have noisy neighbours also a little street noise if you get a room facing the street

Great Location - close to the Underground - Good Neighborhood. Friendly staff. Rooms are small, but comfortable. If there is anything to improve it would be the quality of the mattresses. I would not stay here during warm weather, There appeared to be no air conditioning. The windows did open however.

The location of the hotel is very near to the Underground Metro. I did not like the way they want to project the hotel to be a 3 star hotel, the lobby looks modern and very nice, but it was deceiving when we got our room. All the rooms in this hotel ar vey old, carpets has stains, old tube TV seats, small rooms, but the staff try to their best to clean the room daily, to augment the old furnitures.

Hotel reception and restaurant were pleasant. Staff were courteous and friendly. Bathroom was tiny, toilet was under a sloping roof making it very awkward to access and it had an unpleasant odour. I would still use the hotel because it was just a place to sleep and reasonably priced.

Location only The facility is just too simple. And the room for over 100 pounds per night is so tiny. They should spend the decoration money for the lobby on the rooms instead

I did not like anything about this hotel - it was rubbish and I would suggest that people look for another hotel and do not even look at staying here The whole place was terrible. The rooms were so so small it was like a prision cell. The staff did not care about being there and did not bother about customer service. Please Please Please look at different hotels do not select this one (or do so in the full knowledge of just how bad this hotel is)

reasonable price meals in the lobby downstairs. Felt the room was very clean paper thin walls; we could hear the neighbour using the coathangers in the cupboard! Narrow plywood doors, narrow corridors, tiny room. I banged my head on the tv more than once as I stood up.

The room was pleasant and comfortable, with a window that opened, and the hotel is a very convenient short walk to Earl's Court Underground Station.

The location, and that there was room service even though I never used it. Our bathroom door would not stay open, the phone in my mother's room didn't work, and her room was too small to really be called a room.

The location On arrival the hotel looks great lovely reception and bar/resturant the staff seemed less than interested and when getting into my room I was very suprised that the room was so dated not very clean and well the matress was very lumpy and very little support. They also had taken payment for the room before I had arrived and I booked for a guest from Germany which they also took payment for??

Excellent position close to Earl's Court underground station; quiet location. I would have prefered to charge my room with the cost of breakfast instead paying it every time seperately.

The location was excellent, only a few minutes walk from the Tube station, which is also on the Piccadilly line so easy to get to Heathrow from there. The price was decent for what you get and the room's were cleaned daily as expected. The safety and comfort level at the hotel is questionable. My girlfriend went back to our room alone to drop off some bags in the afternoon, and one of the hotel staff knocked on the doors, asking if we asked for our lights to be changed. My girlfriend said no, that we didn't ask for any light bulb change. The staff man then began putting some keys into the keyhole as if to open the door himself, and my girlfriend immediately put the chain on the door. She then waited for someone else to come back to the room, scared about the staff who tried to enter the room. She then went to the lobby with someone else to complain that someone tried to use keys to enter the room, and she was not happy. They looked back at cctv, and the cctv angle could only capture the guys' hands, not face. The lobby staff then said they don't send maintenance staff to do these kind of routines, and the staff guy on the cctv was just being nice. They then said that, "Maybe that guy thought you were cute." Do not stay here! Very unsafe!

Location - really handy for the Tube, but still quiet for London Shabby room, lumpy bed & a bathroom that constantly smelt of mushrooms! Would have been better in a Travelodge!
