The apartment was more than expected. You had the best of both with your own privacy to come and go as you please, and the added bonus of a reception to the side of the apartments for information or concerns. |

The "hotel" is exceptionally well equipped for those who want to self cater, it was very comfortable and it scores over a hotel by being private and peaceful, basically a "home from home" |

Proximity to the City and local shopping facilities, secure car parking and the penthouse suite we stayed in was excellent. Immediate surroundings detract from EQ2 and are very much work in progress (and crisis-delayed judging by the lack of activity). |

1- location 2- canal view and vacenity to some amusement and Bars. 3- comfort of space and facilities within the appartment. 4-quitness and quality of ventilation and openess. 5- 1-bed matress is not of good quality and not healthy for long stay. 2- not changing bed linins on daily basis. 3-drying machine is not effictive. 4- location of reciption is not suitable. 5- no Arabic TV chanels very limited chanels. |

The desk staff was very helpful. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. It's location was convenient to Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile shopping area. |

Huge apartment with a twin room for the kids separate from us so we could stay up and sleep in! A helpful call asked in advance how we wanted the beds arranged. So much easier for families than a hotel. |

The appartments were lovely, I would not hesitate to recommend this place and stay there again. Appartments were well appointed, extremely spacious with friendly staff. The perfect place for our girlie get together! The Chinese Takeaway recommended by the staff was also great - order the banquet for half the number of guests! I was told there would be an IPod docking station and speakers but these need to be booked in advance. On our second day the staff provided some CDs and then a cable was fetched from a member of staff's home! Thank you! |

The appartments were clean and spacious with all the facilities we needed What i did not like was the mis selling from your company. Firstly the location was 20 min walk from the centre of edinburgh and had I known this in advance would have booked the roxburgh hotel. the description on your website made it sound just round the corner from Princess st. Secondly there was only one en suite bathroom and one stand alone bathroom. I was under the impression there were 2 en |
