The quest house was lovely with a friendly, very accommodating host. Our room was very nice and clean. The host served a delicious Scottish breakfast and was extremely helpful in assisting us in the planning of our trip to the highlands area of Scotland.

Breakfast was good and people friendly Tatty boarding house feel. Poor facilities in room and general cheap feel to everything. It was clean, but that's about it

Vinesh was an excellent host, really polite and welcoming. The rooms are a good size and excellent value, breakfast is top notch and the B&B is close to a main bus route to take you to the heart of Dundee (or £5 in a taxi) The shower & bed is quite small (for two people) & the tv could do with being updated, but those criticisms are really nit picking. Ultimately, this is a warm and welcoming B&B ideal for a night's stay and great value.

The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was good, and the room was nice. It was pretty cold in my room and in the dining room, although the heating was turned on to the full gear.

Stayed one night to attend family funeral, found the owner extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable quiet and clean. Owner recommended a nearby restaurant which was excellent. Breakfast made to order was beautifully cooked and more than substantial. Don't expect the Ritz, but a convenient, pleasant and comfortable B&B with the bonus of a very pleasant helpful proprietor.

Friendly staff, peace and quiet, good food. The location was spot on for us both, nice hotel a 2 minute walk with reasonably priced food and drinks, also a nice little Indian restaurant across the road serving good quality dishes. The guest house was ideally located, good bus services and only 10 mins from city centre, Not much of a complaint but the room could have done with a bit of polish, the dresser shelves were a tad dusty (where the tea etc is kept) also the flower pot at front door was full of cigarette ends and could have done with being emptied.(2 little jobs that i know will be taken care off) Sorry for that little complaint,we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to do so again soon.
