Rooms were very comfortable as was the bar area. We didn't have an evening meal at the hotel but the breakfast was good. Staff are very helpful The hotel was let down badly by the grubby hallways leading to the rooms

Good hotel near enough to Glasgow airport without being on the site. I liked the staff apart from one receptionist who was very brusque and without any hint of a smile. The room was very good. Food in restaurant was lovely. One receptionist. It would be better to pre-warn guests that there is only one bus to the airport per hour. Needed to be at the airport early in the morning. That meant needing to go at 315am when needing to arrive at 4am!

The location was exactly what I needed. The views from the hotel were absolutely beautiful our room looked over towards the Erskine Bridge. Stunning. We were very happy with the room and other accommodations.Staff were friendly and happy to help. The shower didn't have much pressure and the food portions were a bit meagre. There were not many channels of television to watch either, which is not a problem in the summer, but at this time of year a bit more so.

For our purposes, attending a friend's wedding, the location was perfect. It was also very convenient for access to the motorway to Edonburgh where we live. The hotel was comfortable and warm and our room was beautifully clean.Despite the fact that the hotel was very busy we had no problem whatsoever in being accommodated immediately for breakfast. That was very impressive. The muddy entrance does not enhance your hotel and does not create a very good first impression. I understand why it is like that but in image terms it needs to be looked at.

The staff were excellant. friendly, helpful and courteous. The car parking was abysmal.and to get from carto hotel meant walking through very muddy puddles and rotting leaves. Lighting was inadequate which meant avoidence of the muck ws difficult. In the rooms the central heating was very hot with no means of adjustment which meant that windows had to be left open allowing the noise from the cental heating and kitcken extractor fans to be a disturbing nuisance.

the furniture and fittings in the room were good, as was the food the heating system is ancient, and unfortunately retains a residual heat even when switched off. the room was too warm at night time, but the problem would be in the summertime when it would be very uncomfortable. the girl at reception told my wife and I that the room was warm because it was facing the sun!!! i think she was having a laugh!! (I thought the land of the midnight sun was further north!!)

We were attending a wedding at MarHall and it was only a £4 taxi ride. It is very close to the Glasgow airport and Loch Lomond/countryside.The receptionist, Kayleigh (?) was very helpful both mornings. The breakfast was buffet and plenty of it. It needs a serious lot of cash invested in decor, etc. Our bedroom was out-dated and the ensuite sink was light blue (from the 1960s era!) The shower was probably the most up-to-date piece in the room. The TV switch was broken so you couldn't change channels. The room was cold as the heater was not working and it got colder at night (this was end of Dec!)...

My wife and I were given Room 414 and it could'nt have been better. It was comfortable and warm together with a beautiful view of the Erskine Bridge and its wildlife. Although we only stayed for a short period, it was long enough to confirm that although the food was excellent, the hotel was let down by the chilly entrance foyer, bar/resturant area.

The room looked very nice and they kept it very clean. The hallways are creepy and old, had breakfast with Erskine Bridge workers and they looked dirty, the floor is freezing and no slippers, a 3 start hotel by far no way 4 star

Clean and easy location for west side of Glasgow Car park was a a little dark, a lot of cars may be using it for the airport and restaurant was closed for evening meal, these were taken in the bar area.

Comfortable room and a nice pool/spa. Wifi was limited to bar & didn't work on my laptop. Staff could not resolve problem and I had to get my IT to calm my computer down after I got back to Canada as a malicious intrusion was the problem in Glasgow. Restaurant was not open and there are no restaurants nearby.

We thought it excellent value for money. As we were staying only one night for early flight in the morning we still had coffee, toast and juice at 4am and the staff were very attentive. Only downside was the car park (we had our car parked free of charge for the week) there looked as if there was "youngsters" parked at the back of the car park and probably quite innocent - but you still wondered!
