Leisure fascilities I have stayed at this hotel for the last 6 weeks, and while the rooms have been updated, all of the bathrooms I have had don't hold water in the basin. It just runs away, so every time you loose about half a gallon of water, and nobody seems to care. What a waste of heating and water. |

Then staff were unobtrusive and friendly, the rooms were roomy, clean and comfortable and the value for money ewaqs excellent, The location is very underplayed, handy for Glasgow, Loch Lomond and Dumbartonshire, yet not too far for Glasgow and Prestwick Airports If I were being picky it could be better signposted from the m'way and the car park could be better lit |

Staff very friendly, and the cleaners came back to my room after 3 p.m. as I was unwell, I didnot get up out of my bed until 2 p.m. which I thought was very nice of them. Sometimes the noise in the corridors seem to carry a bit in the middle of the night. |

The lights in my original room exploded with a very loud bang, but the staff were excellent, and I was allocated another room almost immediately. I would also disagree with some earlier comments about the hotel needing refurbishment - this has now obviously been done, and the hotel looks very smart. |

The bathroom was excellent, the bedroom very clean and comfortable, and the lighting the best we have found. The food was excellent, and overall the hotel very good value. The corridor on the first floor really needs refurbishing - is this planned? |

Great room though there was a problem in getting the shower to work - that needs sorting out. Otherwise, excellent value and great breakfast! State of the decor in the lobby left a bit to be desired, and of course there was that problem with the shower - couldn't get the hot water to come on properly. I like showers to be simple not complicated. |

It was very convenient for my business destination and provided a good value for money solution for me. The hotel was confortable with a reasonable bar and restaurant. No wireless in the room. |

Rooms clean and tidy. We were at the hotel for a wedding reception and just wanted somewhere to get our head down for the night. Corridors and hallways were run down looking and could do with redecorating. Cleaner walked into the room at 7.30am when we were sleeping!! |

the food and service complained about the noise from another room,but nothing done, last time at the hotel our room was not ready and we arrived at 11.30pm, not good |

Catering and restaurant service was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and recently refurbished. Access to Glasgow centre was easy. Apart from room, rest of hotel is in need of general refurbishment |

I like the location of the hotel and I found all the staff made me very welcome aswell as being friendly and helpful. The stairs/corridors are tired and much in need of a lick of paint that would take away the musty smell experienced in particular as you come out of the lift into the bedroom corridors. I would also suggest a smoking room as arriving to smokers hanging around the main entrance did not create a good impression. |

For me, I liked the fact that the airport was very easy to find and was very close to the Glasgow airport which was my main reason for staying this time, though transport is provided, I used my own transport to go to/from airport. I would use hotel and parking if I was flying out from Glasgow on hols in future. Decor starting to look very dated, certainly less welcoming than it was some years back when I stayed, but this is a minor point. Staff were very pleasant and efficient. |

The proximity to Glasgow,the breakfast and the general efficiency of the staff.We only stayed one night before flying abroad and would happily do so again. Bar shut too early. |

the location is excellent for me being fairly close to home -Dunoon and close to Glasgow where I had several business meetings to attend and didnt want to be making the journey home every day. the location was also preferable to a city location where conjestion would have been annoying. The reception and dining staff were very nice and I would stay there again 1- the car park lighting; the area that filled first was well lit however arriving after 9 pm meant parking near trees in a poorly lit area. I felt quite vulnerable and wished that I could have parked in or nearer the disabled parking bays - perhaps there could be spaces designated for women travelling alone. 2. I was in room 329 and there was no guest information regarding room service - there was a little info on the "charge to room" card but not what I was looking for. Perhaps thats policy now but if it is it should be reconsidered or even optional at check in - When staying in a large hotel on business is look to see what they have on offer on the premises. On my return visit I will ask for that information at check in. |
