From the moment I walked through the door I like it. I was greeted with a smile and dealt with right away. My room (lilac room) was excellent, lovely views, comfy bed.....very relaxing. The food in the restaurant was beautiful and the service was just fantastic. The hotel was 10 out of 10 but to be honest it was the staff that impressed me most. I'll definitely be returning here in the future. Thanks It deserves more stars!!!

Eslington Villa is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at (and we're not just biased because we got married here). The staff are very pleasant and helpful, and really go the extra mile to make your stay memorable. The rooms are large, airy, really nicely decorated and have very comfortable beds. We ate breakfast there both days and also had dinner on one night - the food is top-notch and the views from the conservatory dining room are very pretty. Overall Eslington Villa is a little gem hidden away in Gateshead and we hope to return here whenever we can.

The location was excellent, just a taxi drive into the City Centre. The staff were welcoming and very helpful.The hotel is beautiful and decorated very tastefully for Christmas.The breakfast was exceptional, kippers and poached eggs,So so tasty, and the service from the staff was lovely. A hidden gem, that we will book again if we come to Newcastle. Thankyou. Liked everything.

We stayed at Eslington Villa for one night only - the hotel cannot be faulted - a lovely room, great food and welcoming staff. We moved on to another hotel in Newcastle the following day, but wished we'd stayed at Eslington Villas for the second night too! The hotel was a lucky find on Booking.com and we would definitely go for a return visit.

The staff were very attentive but not pushy The food in the restaurant is excellent. One thing I would say is have coffee pots on the breakfast table, even though you could refill it was from a filter machine and did let the overall feel of the place down only slightly though Would stay again if I was in the area
