Parking and location

You get what you pay for. Decent location depending on your purpose ofvisit
Window in room broken and key wouldn't work in door 3 times in one night.
the staff were friendly, informative & helpful !! the hotel was clean & tidy & the food/drinks were nice !!
Clean good staff and happy to help
Good enough - traveling for business.
Everything apart from -
Too warm in middle of night even with window open and fan on.
Location is excellent. Affordable clean friendly place to stay.
I stayed with my teenage daughter and the shower had a glass door direct to the room with nowhere private to dress.
Exactly what is sais on the tin. I will stay again.
We stopped over after a music gig at the NIA, and everything we needed for our stay was there or accessible.
Door card system is terrible! Only stayed for one night but had to get the key card checked every single time, had to actually be escorted on once!
The hotel was in a good location, not far from the town or the O2 Academy. A value for money hotel but it wouldn't be a good place to stay for more than a couple of nights due to there being no storage facilities and no bathroom. The staff were polite and the hotel was generally clean.
The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the lack of storage facilities and bathroom space meant no privacy.
Staff are friendly. Comfortable bed
No tea in room
It was clean and staff friendly.
Bed was a little too low and hard.
Location and facilities
I coudn't sleep in the whole night, everybody going and coming from partying incredibly noisy and noone did a thing about it. When mentioned to staff the answer was that we have to understand that drunk people being loud. If what you are looking for is to sleep..i would never come back.
Good location Cheap, clean & easy
Room temperature was unbearable Lifts weren't full funcitoning
We Came To Stay For A Night Away, and Enjoyed Our Time With No One Enterupting Us,:)
That the cleaner was knocking my door at 11.15 for a 12noon checkout. Im mature and i can tell the time. Really irritated me. I had bokked for another night but could handled it. Good for a connect train or coach/flight sleep over is all. Birmingham
Location and online price through booking.com
For the price what's not to like.
Comfort of the bed was a joke I would rather sleep in my car
The room was fresh, modern, compact and very clean. The shower was a real highlight- fantastic! Fantastic check out time of 12 noon.
Could have done with some larger glasses in the room for our water, rather than small plastic cups. Duvet on the bed was a bit thin, however with the heating fan system wasn't too problematic.
Comfortable bed, compact room, powerful shower, well maintained.
No staff to help with luggages
It was a rubbish hotel
