Prompt swift check in.. clean
Two cars meant £14 extra parking...
It was cheap
You get waft you pay for at a hotel like this. Don't expect anything nice staff aren't very helpful and the lifts and hall ways where littered with empty beer bottles. Rooms are basic but sufficient, but don't expect everything to work!
Cheap and cheerful for a stag. Vould get drink and food there too which wasnt expected.
No wifi, could not connect at all.
The hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful. The bathroom facilities were not ideal but never the less it was spotless xx
The toilet and shower were in the room as opposed to in a bathroom
Location was convenient. Room was very clean and tidy. Not too high in floors. Friendly staff who were always willing to help you. Quiet within the hotel
Room was too warm even with the heating turned off and I had to keep the window all evening and through the night. Sometimes traffic became a little too loud Parking was a little expensive, it should be free when you've chosen to stay in the hotel
Nothing .....sorry I chose this place to stay ..... Needed security guards all through the night to control drunken people coming and going all night .....
staff were fantastic, facilities were brilliant
the room was cold, heater went on but the draft from the window made the room constantly cold
Booked a standard triple room, as was traveling with my teenage daughter. The website showed a picture of a double and single bed, the single bed turned out to be a bunk bed only suitalble for a child up to the age of 6years. So we ended up having to share the double bed.
Lots of drunk girls running around in the middle of night. The room was vibrating due to location of generator.
Proximity to the main station. The price
Room lacked atmosphere and dinner options nearby were fairly limited.
Offered me a place to gorge on takeaway and pass out after an excellent night out. The staff were really nice too, even though I had minimal contact with them. Really clean and IKEA-new.
It's a bit noisy on the road outside, but that's about it really.
Good location for where we needed to be!
The cards to get in the rooms are rubbish, had to get it reactivated twice to get back into our room. Its the 2nd time I've stayed here and it was a big problem both times.
Staff exceelent, refurb excellent, value for money, basic but good.
Did not like the increased charge for car park. no mention when booking. Used to be £4 now £7 that is 43% rise. Not acceptable and will lose my business unless this is reduced.
Room was clean and comfortable. Temperature control was excellent. I always find hotel rooms too hot. Staff were very friendly and helpful. All round the best hotel I have stayed in for several years. And a budget price!!
Great for short stays, city breaks, nights out
Free wifi Breakfast Location
-No phone in the room to contact reception so I called them using my cell phone and nobody could still grant my request. -for the 2 nights spent,no room assistance was provided, sheats were not changed. -The room was small.
It was close for were we needed to be on our stay
The heating didn't work, and because of the window not being sealed propperly it was very cold. Told the staff they said it's the same in every room there is nothing they could have done bar move rooms which wouldn't have made a diffence.
It could be cleaner (no complains about the bed or toilet facilities, but floors and walls did not seem cleaned for us). Other Ibis Budget hotels are preserved better.
The rooms were well decorated and clean, with shower and separate WC. TV was a decent size, with built in free view, and WiFi was an added bonus.
Would have preferred to have a kettle in the room, and the shower door, although opaque, didn't really provide much privacy, especially with a large hole cut out of it that served as the handle!
Hotel was different very clean tidy
Charges for car park not informed about when booking toilet in room very small shower actually open to bedroom
Helpful staff. Very clean. Value for money.
Lack of tea & coffee making in room considering the price paid
The staff on arrival were very friendly and helpful. The room was in perfect condition, very clean with a very comfortable bed. The staff were helpful on directing us to the NIA, which was only about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. It was also only about 10 minutes to the bull ring, a brilliant shopping centre. In the morning the breakfast, which was an all you eat buffet for £4.99, was delicious. There was a choice of cereal, yogurt, toast, rolls, cheese, ham and continental pastures. The free ironing facilities were also very handy.
There was nothing I didn't like about my stay or the hotel.
