Score from 1785 reviews Good
chic , very clean, modern simple design Cheap price Good internet connection
Bathroom slightly small Slighly far from bustation but walkable
Felt like being in a youth hostel and no kettle in the room!
Very comfortable, warm room.
Everything is fantastic. I will like to be there again and again
I will like them to put boiling kettles in the room. Although they have facilty for for hot water downstairs
Location was ideal, short walk from train station and shopping centre
No tea & coffee appliances in room
Near city centre. Cheap Continental Breakfast.
Single bed is Bunk bed over double bed. On suite actually part of bedroom. No privacy. Street parking otherwise £5 overnight at sister hotel nearby.
Functional room, had the basics.
staff an location especially man on reception that looked like Ed Sheeran very helpful
noise at night
Wifi is very good! Great location, near to Bull Ring, China Town. Good service.
Have to ask for extra towel although the room is for three persons. Quite far from New Street Station if you're walking with lots of luggages. Have to pay £2 per bag for storage. We paid around £16 :(
Noisy at night although we slept well
Staff were good and sorted any problem quickly with no fuss. Value for money we only stayed 2 days and it had all we needed for this short stay.
Bed was a mattress on a board, so was not the most comfortable I have slept on.
Excellent location only being 10 mins from the bullring shopping centre. 2 mins walk from 02 academy and 5min walk to takeaways. Across the road is a cafe that sells breakfast, lunch, hot or cold sandwiches etc. The rooms have everything you need and are clean but could of done with an extra pillow as was too flat for me however I only stayed 2 nights so not a major problem. The breakfast was ok, not a big selection but for £4.95 i won't complain. I have stayed here before this second trip and plan to return!
Clean, comfortable, efficient check-in, friendly staff
Very friendly staff Clean room
No tea or coffee making facilities in the room although available in reception area, not ideal late at night or early morning Would not call ot a city centre location
Small room was perfect as only needed to sleep there Very clean I would recommend.
Only one slow lift other out of order. Banged head in toilet pulling trousers up. Next time opend the door. Not a problem.
The location was great and the price was fair
The security staff at night were rude. The room was very dusty. I had to get my room keys fixed 4 times in 48 hours because they kept failing to work on my door.
TV didn't work, all extras paid for.
Staff, Check-in process, bed,
toilet room is a little bit compact , lift,
A proper double bed, not just two singles together. Clean and sufficient for a one or two night stay.
Don't forget to bring your toiletries as they do not come with the room. Only one lift working at the time of visit.
The staff service is excellent. Breakfast is the best. The location gives more strength.
"Budget" keeps this hotel a hostel type environment.
LOCATION, FRIENDLY STAFF, GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY.
WOULD BE GOOD IF TEA/COFFEE MAKING FACILITIES WERE AVAILABLE IN THE ROOM. BED A LITTLE HARD.
Good location for waking into town.
Really hard bed which creaked on any movement. We just couldn't get comfortable was like sleeping on the floor. Shower facilities were fine as we are a couple but would not wish to share a twin with a non intimate friend as shower steps out directly from cubicle into room. Would be better if a kettle was provided as had to go downstairs to buy hit drinks in the morning which means no lie in.
The hotel was fine and the price very good value.
It was a little far from New Street, and also the layout was a little strange, with the shower and the toilet being separate although en suite, and the handbasin in the bedroom. The colour of the decor was a little overpowering at first, but it wasn't a problem I missed the tea and coffee in the bedroom but there was no problem getting that free from reception
Clean and comfortable; pleasant staff, good breakfast and parking outside. Friendly atmosphere.
There was nothing I didn't like.
Location of the hotel was brilliant . Parking on site and only £5 for whole day . Room basic but very clean . Good value for money . Only thing we missed in this budget accommodation was coffee making faculties in room .
No coffee/tea making facilities in room
