Location, cleanliness, interior look, value for the money.
The bathroom is having seperate tap for hot and cold water and mixing was not possible which was a bit difficult to handle. The beds were not that comfirtable to sleep.
Room too small
layout and cleanliness of rooms buffet breakfast other amenities at Springfield quay ease of obtaining taxis
could have done with a kettle in the room
Free car park
position for eating into getting into city
no drinks in room. Rather a mad scramble at breakfast with some things running out
The hotel room was very clean and the staff were very helpful. There were many restaurants within the same parking area. The beds were small but fairly comfortable.
The room was very small - it was perfect for a one-night stay over, but wouldn't want to stay for a long time.
free hot water
no kettle no toiletries
Good location, basic no frills room.
No tea/coffee making facilities.
Cheap hotel, decent sized bed, clean room. Good restaurants outside and around
Price Clean Friendly Location
Toilet and sink seperate didn't like sink in sleeping area.
I had serious problems getting the key cards to operate the lift-I had to have them recut three times
Well designed compact rooms with all facilities for overnight stay Proximity to centre of Glasgow Ample car parking Close to restaurants and a cinema complex
The cost was great for the value and location. The bathroom was large, which was welcome after several nights in other places staying with shared bathrooms or cramped showers.
Our twin room had the two beds about an inch from each other with a small divider between the pillows -- we might as well have had one bed. The bathroom had two red pull cords that were apparently panic switches -- I accidentally pulled one trying to move it out of the way and the staff came running -- signs could have avoided this. I'm not sure if this was a disabled room or if all the rooms were like this.
One flat pillow
How quick check in was and how clean rooms were.
Beds were very creaky and it was this that woke people up. Our family booked 3 rooms and all had same problem. The bunk above the bed was not suitable for our 2 year old. A 3 rd bed would be better but beds were big enough to put her in with parents. Should be kettle in rooms as this was a miss.
Hotel very basic but clean.. staff very friendly and helpful..
Bunk bed in the room for 3... not really for 3 adults.. Shower opened right into the room.. so no where to dry off and get changed.. as with the loo basically in a cupboard...! Would only stay there for 1 maybe 2 nights at the most...
Not a lot
It was difficult to find your way in. Signage in terms of car parking and access to the hotel (lift to the sixth floor reception) was poor. The room was spartan, bed very low and the TV not connected. My wife said she didn't want to stay there when we saw the room. Fortunately we were only staying for one night as we were in Glasgow for the Commonwealth Games. We haven't used a budget hotel before and won't be again.
I liked the minimalism - all I needed was a bed, shower and internet Wi-Fi access - low on 'comfort' - this was a simple overnight stay in Glasgow and perfectly adequate.
The lifts were a bit idiosyncratic!
The staff were great and very helpfull when u arive atthechecking desk
Free parking, quiet location and clean rooms
Beds were a bit hard
Staff. Good loaction
Pillows and bed.
Good Value Great location next to many bars, restaurants and entertainment venues. Easy access to Glasgow city centre.
Basic accomodation Compact room
Clean, friendly, and cheap we have stayed at this hotel before that's why we came back
Staff was very friendly at first, but the next morning not so.
Not a too professional person around for breakfast. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Very limited choice. Poor quality of juices. The toilet door's inside handle came loose which meant we couldn't fully close the toilet door.
Location Cleanliness of room
Dirty entry to hotel. Rickety lifts Reception staff not overly helpful
