Only one suggestion........a kettle for a coppa!
Near Centre and walking distance.
No tea and coffee facilities in room.
room was very clean, good area, easy access and comfy room.
Staff very unfriendly.
Value for money, very clean, excellent friendly staff, quiet
Room was too hot, unable to open window far enough (H&S).
The staff where really nice and friendly
proximity to bus station n shops
The lighting in the rooms and the comfy bed.
Yes, it's basic but has all you need for an overnight.
The staff were helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were bright, clean, warm and very cosy. I stayed with my teenage son and his friend for a concert at the First Direct Arena, it was a very handy base for this. There were regular taxis in the evening and first thing in the morning. I would definitely stay here again.
Not much but the staff was nice and friendly
There was no tea or coffee facilities in the room even if you are a budget hotel that should come as standard, even b&b's have that.
Quick check in and discounted ticket for nearby car park.
Room was too hot (even with heating switched off), we all woke up sneezy and stuffy. No kettle in room, missed having my morning brew.
It was clean with free wifi and was the cheapest around for that night. The member of staff checking us out was nice.
The bed was uncomfortable with a very thin foam mattress and a very thin pillow. Checking in the staff member was very brash and more interested in chatting with his friends. The nearest parking is really expensive (~£4 for 2 hours) and there is very little of it although it's free from 10pm to 8am. It wasn't possible to turn out all the lights in the room. The toilet door was really hard to shut and you can hear when other people use their toilet because shutting the door is so loud. The window had been left open and so when we got there, admittedly very late at night, the room was really cold. It was a good thing we didn't need to use the bunk bed because it wasn't made up.
Staff were friendly and helpful Good to be able to get snacks etc 24hrs a day
Found the bed rather hard and room was quite cold
Location. Good stopover place for airporr
No parking... doesnt really say on website.
Excellent location check in was smooth staff were mostly fantastic really good price and good facilities.
Had to pay to leave bags there.
Clean and friendly but also in a good location
Parking is a pain
Price was good, location was fairly central.
No secured parking provided; would have been willing to pay a surcharge for this.
Room good size Modern Very clean Helpful and friendly staff Close to city centre
Recommended car parking is a little bit of a trek (but is discounted by hotel)
Perfect for short stays in the city.
The receptionaist, Andy, was very helpful when I initially had a technical issue with the room, finding me a new room promptly and sorting the problem quickly. Also, the back section is quiet and away from the road. The doors to the corridor are well soundproofed. The bed was really comfy.
*NB: This is not a complaint!* but...the breakfast buffet could have been more varied- but then it was cheap at less than a fiver, so not unreasonable
-eventhough it is a budget hotel, the room was nicely designed and super comfortable,i had a really good night sleep
Didn't like how aa I was getting out of the shower and getting changed the maid just opened the door without knocking to check I was still in the room as check out was at 12 and it was only 11
Price ..only paid £30 and had a good sleep.x
Room was cold heaters would not work, in morning had a shower with cold water, wasent meant to check out till 12pm but room service walked into our locked room invading our privacy at 10am, when told to female receptionist on front desk that we was not happy with this in return we got attitude and were told ther was nothing they could do about it...unprofessional.
Near to bus station
Bed was rock hard no tea / coffee making facilities and there were hairs in the shower
