Score from 1483 reviews Very good
Cheap n cheerful
Has a real drainage issue. I ave stayed here twice in the last few months n both times the drains stank n toilet did not flush properly.
The shower & the location of the hotel.
I haven't seen a single smiling face from the reception desk. No coffe making cattle & coffee within the room.
The room was lovely great value
The staff member being diabolical and telling our taxi to go also very abrupt :( really put me off staying again.
The staff were very friendly and helpful
Safe clean and welcoming
The bed was a bit hard and no parking at site it was about 5 minutes walk
The price was good
A little too basic
The price was good
Could have been cleaner
Other residents speak too loud in midnight.
Good price, clean tidy very basic by all we needed for somewhere to sleep after a night in the town! very friendly staff
Shower door was transparent not good if sharing the room!
Breakfast was not worth the money!
Liked the location, view, friendly staff, quick check-in, check-out.
Was given fresh linen to put on ourselves and didn't get an housekeeper to clean the room. Very, very expensive food and drinks in the hotel.
Easy to get to city centre
Not enough pillows on bed
Location from trainstation and city centre
Staff were friendly when checking in but got our rooms mixed up. There was 16 people all together and I had rang to conferm the booking was correct. This was also wrong each time I called. My friend shared a room with her sister who had the room key and the people on the desk wouldn't let her up to the room. I shared a room with my sister also and found when we came to get ready there were only 2 plugs in the entire room both of which were located no way near a mirror. The shower drain smelt like a sewer which as you could imagine was quite unpleasant. The room was 69 pounds for one night check out at 12.00pm and as far as value for money it wasn't that bad "got what we paid for". I wouldn't go back Though.
The room was small but very clean. Only paid £20 for the room so excellent value for money. The staff are very pleasant
The lift had squashed food in it. Was cleaned when we went back down in the morning.
A classic case of get what you pay for. This hotel whilst providing basic needs lacks any features to make your stay pleasurable. The reception staff cost me an hour getting lost in Leeds trying to find the car park with their half hearted directions.
It is cheap.
But no one can stay without any facility.People ready to pay reasonable amount to enjoy vocation.
The hotel was good value for what i paid, there was minimal noise coming from others around me, all the hotel facilities worked and the space was more than expected
The only grumble i had was the speed of the wifi, it was very slow and took a long time to open webpages such as Facebook and Twitter, for advanced tasks, such as streaming, i had to make use of the 4g on my phone.
It was just an average
Booked this hotel because it was near to the College of Music and reasonably priced. Arrived late and left early so the comfort of the bed was the key thing and it was great.
As another reviewer said, a kettle in the room would nicer than having to go to the lobby but fine for one night.
Staff were very friendly.
On arrival the toilet floor smelt like a men's urinal and the floor in bedroom hadn't been swept or mopped either. Was noisy in the corridor. Bed was uncomfortable and felt strange have a bunk bed above the double bed.
Staff active in preventing disturbances
Location , cheap
There was mold all over the bath room hair on the bed and a horrible smell in the room. We paid for 2 nights but only stayed for one it was a waste of money.
The rooms were clean and comfortable. Good location for city centre. Staff were nice and helpful. Room service each day. Great sports bar next door. Great value for money.
We weren't told that you have to pay an extra £5 a night for the other bed, so we had to share a double. Wifi was not good. Key cards were constantly not working - staff had to let us into our room every single time.
The room layout. The room we got wasn't what I expected for my partner and i
