“the triple room was small but perfectly formed, a really cool space saving idea to have a bunkbed above the double. Graet for friends or families.”

The location. It was clean. The bed was rock hard as it was on ply board underneath. There was no tea and coffee in the room, and we paid £50 a night. The toilet was very small you had to sit on it before shutting the door otherwise you were stuck. This and the shower were in the bedroom, giving no privacy at all.

access to the city and tram system. The hotel is cheap and all that you need for a short stay the ironing room. The iron was slow to warm up and then the water leaked all over my clothes.Iron access from the reception would be much better

I liked the environmental facilities such as metro link, malls, tourism locations, best view to Ultraford stadium and many other things. I didn't like the shower room, small size restroom with poor ventilation.

Good value of money - for such a price it was an excellent stay for one night. It was pretty far from the city centre and a shower room is somehow strange.

In future I not going to stay at Etap Manchester or any Etap hotel because of the service and facilities not up to my requirement. I face a big problem when I need to pay for WI-fi and the wi-fi only availeble in public area. The fee also expensive and not so convenience. As traveller we need fast information. We need internet connection in the room not in public area. The reason why we need it in the room because we feel relax and comfortable. For example we need to access google map to look the place we want to go.We prefer use public transport to save money and more adventures but we need information. That information available in the google map.I also not recommend etap hotel to my friend because of the facilities very poor.

Location was excellent and plenty of parking was a good help. Hotel was clean and tidy. No tea and coffee facillities in the room was quite annoying and staff had no local information or literature. Wifi was charged seperately and breakfast looked pretty poor.

Location is good-near bars, supermarkets, metrolink stop. Also Trafford and Lowry are not so far. The smell of walls in our room, bed and pillows were extremely bad, shampoos and internet were not free of charge

I liked the fact that we were on a short direct tram link to the centre of Manchester and a 10 minute walk from Old Trafford Football Stadium. I also thought that the price was very reasonable.

I liked that Etap was less than 10 minutes from Old Trafford as we were over to see a match. I also liked that for 3 guys who really only wanted somewhere to put their heaqds for the night, the Etap served the purpose and was also available at a great price. The only thing - and this is not a complaint - is that some of the staff were not exactly unfriendly but at times didn't seem over happy to be dealing with us.

i have stayed at Etap quite a few times over the years twice alone last month. But nothing prepared me for last Thursdays nights carry on. I was woken at 3.10 am by a large bunch of people running around shouting and banging doors this went on for over two hours untill 5.30am. There was that many people i didnt feal safe to open the door. When i all settled down i got up to go to a meeting compleatly shaterd. Down at reception i tried to make a complaint but got told to do it online. Please feal free to get in touch because i would like to know how this happend and why these people were not asked to leave as it states in your tems and conditions. Regards Gareth Bamber

Excellent location and value for money The bed was hard thin and uncomfatable , with one pillow each and the staff won't give any more , pillows are like gold dust here !! Also toliet is a cupboard , but we actually found this quite funny and was the joke of our trip

Its right by a tram stop, its clean, great shower and I felt quite safe as a solo female traveller. Found out that there is use of a microwave in the reception area! Felt a little like a hostel and would have been nice if the TV had more channels. Also, as there is a microwave would have been nice if a kettle also could be provided as there didn't seem to be anywhere to get a hot drink
