Great value for money. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms very high standard of cleanliness. Definitely stay here again!!!!
Great location and clean good price hotel
the room was clean and tidy
Nice spacious room
Staff very friendly and helpful, room was basic but very clean, requested to be in room next door to my friends, and they did this with no problems.
Couldn't find how to get into carpark, one friend was dropped off at the near garage and walked to hotel, and when we returned we wanted some still water, but they has sold out.
rooms were compact but spotless, metrolink station across from hotel gave us easy access to and from city centre.fine pub beside metrolink also.didn't know what to expect from hotel but pleasantly surprised, nice staff, very clean.would stay here again.
bit over the top charging 20 pound for an iron and iron board even tho it was given back upon check out.no bar but had bottled beer in fridge to sell.
Althpugh was budget expected facilities to make a drink especially as there was pnly vending machine in reception. No sachets of any sort of tolietris. Surely these should be provided
We didnt have to check out until 12, yet someone, i assume a cleaner, came into our room twice!
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is basic but spotless and great value for money. Five minutes from tram stop and twenty minutes from old Trafford on foot.
No hairdryer in room but pay £10 refundable deposit to reception and you can have one for all of your trip!
low price, comfortable bed and clean room/bathroom with good shower
no signs for carpark (it is shared with hotel next door but only their name is on the sign from the road) with very defensive staff when told about the problem nothing in the bathroom other than a bar of soap (travel shampoo cost a pound and 10 pound deposit to borrow a hairdryer) terrible breakfast for 5 pounds wifi unable to support Skype I would NOT recommend Ibis budget.
Price, cleanliness and comfy bed. Great location near 24 hr grocery shopping and a tram station.
For the price, nothing
a window that opened
No tea facilities in the room. Room was a little cold even with the heater on
Superb value for money, £33.00 for a room for three. Clean and tidy, very friendly staff, excellent:-)
Clean, well designed, rooms Secure car parking (charged in 24hr slots) Great tram stop access Quiet area Close to couple of chain restaurants
Rooms too warm (thermostat set to 24 degrees!) Tiny car park and once you've parked you pay the flat 24hr rate whether you keep the slot or you leave and can't get back in when you return (park up early and use the tram to get about if poss.)
Clean and tidy hotel within short walking distance of tram stop with direct trams into Manchester City Centre. Comfortable bed. Hotel was quiet at night. Reasonable continental breakfast. Excellent free WIFI. Small charge (£3) for on-site parking was reasonable for location. Restaurants and Salford Quays on doorstep. Good value for money for no-frills hotel.
No tea or coffee making facilities in room.
Parking on site. Close to tram to Manchester city centre. Walking distance to Lowry and Media City, Imperial War museum. Staff were very helpful and gave me clear directions to walk to shopping outlet. They helped over problems with booking and invoices. Friendly at check in.
Bed was uncomfortable. Mattress was too hard.
Good location, near to tram with 15 minute connection to city centre. Quiet room.
Bed too hard, wifi far too slow. Breakfast minimal.
Room was designed great.
Didnt like the way the bathroom was in three parts and always very slippy floor. I fell down after coming outa shower due to the slippy floor very upset about this!!
Location, Helpful staff Cleanliness Breakfast Easy Parking.
Very very very hard bed. Very difficult to sleep on it due to hardness. Woke with a stiff neck, and have struggled with it for 3 days.
The Reception staff,Excellent and very friendly.Susan was wonderful. If you want somewhere to just get your head down with good clean room's(and a great power shower) value for money and a great location, this is the place
The size of the toilet cubicle, I am a big bloke and this was more than a tight squeeze.Had to keep the door open, much to wifey's delight
Far from center
the room was very clean and the bed was reasonably comfortable. The staff were friendly enough. A complimentary cup of tea or a bottle of water would have been nice.
Got back to my hotel early hours in the morning but had to be checked of a register. Felt like I was entering a club on a guest list and the doorman/security could have been more patient.
Excellent location with team stop for city centre directly outside
No shower gel in room ,Internet was poor
I loved the room. The look and modern design of the room was very cool. The bed was firm and comfortable. The shower was great. Didn't use the TV or Wifi but it was all pretty much easy and functional.
