Very convenient location near a Metrolink station which has direct connection with Piccadilly Gardens. Very good value for money. Very nice and friendly staff
It may be a bit noisy during the night (we stayed during a weekend), but not a real problem.
Everything! Bad hotel never agen!
The showers are great!
Didn't bother me but the beds are quite hard.
Does what it says on the tin .
I liked all that I saw and experienced.
prison cell room
Location Efficient staff Value for money
Limited car parking
Room stank of bleach!! No fan in toilet/cupboard! Wifi connection was terrible, nowhere to sit comfortably to have a drink and relax after a long drive! Bed was very uncomfortable so unfortunately I didn't have much sleep!
It's was in very good location and the price was reasonable and clean room
The staff on the reception and the security was talking Urdu to each other and I knew and felt they was talking about me and my wife and we didn't feel comfortable and the way the was looking at my wife wasn't nice at all
The rooms were shocking.. It's only a hotel for young people who are going out on a night out and want a bed to sleep in
Very clean and welcoming hotel. All the basics required in a great city centre location
the room was a good size and clean
cold welcome from staff huge lack of parking breakfast was awful - would find somewhere better for it in future. Bunk bed wasn't made and only suitable for 6 years + and regardless of the fact you have to give their ages there is no alternative - yet at 7 months pregnant and her father not being able to get up onto the bunk bed due to back problems she had to sleep in it anyway.
Staff was so arrogant and unfriendly, electricity went off and took ages to come back. Breakfast was rubbish not worth money. On a whole no no no
I liked that there was a regular tram for location and access to town ! However I arrived at 7am and I did notify them through booking. Com customer service index that my travel plans had changed however he front office man said the rooms were full . That annoyed me . But Then I got a room in end ! But be a bit more organised. Beds very lumpy .. Ok Sleep
Lumpy beds front office confusion with travel arrangements and noise while trying to sleep from traffics but hey you get what you pay for . Cheap and basic
The proximity to Old Trafford and good restaurants across the road.
Our room faced the main road and they don't have double glazing (according to the manager). I have never before stayed in a hotel where you are kept awake all night by the outside noise. Every vehicle, pedestrian, train, etc. sounded like they were in the room with us! I asked for the loan of an iron and they were all out. A problem if you're in a hurry and have creased clothing.
Car parking - beware limited parking not made aware of this on Booking.com website. Staff seem to be preprogrammed and offer advice on risks when you depart rather than when seeking where to park at 8.30pm on a wet night in Manchester
Friendly and professional staff
Communal areas felt like a youth hostel
very modern room, very basic but very nice.
bed was a bit hard for my liking
I liked the price and the staff.
I didn't like that everything is ala carte. I didn't realize this when booking. Also, the beds are incredibly stiff and not very comfortable. The parking lot is very small so it was very difficult to get a spot usually.
Staff where friendly enough and room was clean, bathroom not up to scratch.
Quite noisy, considering I was on floor 7 there was a lot of traffic noise. Room was a bit like a sterile white box. Tv didn't work properly (reported in the morning). Arrived back at 21:40 to find car park locked , no spaces... Had to leave my car on a darkened side road over night with Many other quests vehicles. If you get a space early on in the day leave your car there for your stay.
Clean, good for the money, good internet. AC was good. I didn't pay for the breakfast so we went to the Subway next door for breakfast, and on other days we went to Morrisons down the road, about a 10 minute walk, and bought muffins and doughnuts!
No kettle in the room. The bathroom set up is not good. The toilet is seperate from the shower, with the sink in the room. The toilet is tiny and the shower door is frosted glass. Makes it awkward when your teenage son wants to get into the shower!
the rooms in this hotel are, bright, very clean and have everything you need for a pleasant sleep. reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. why pay a lot more for other pretentious chain hotels nearby1
