Very friendly welcome and nice chatty staff - very agreeable and easy to get on with.

Well appointed and a warm welcome. Plenty of tea, coffee and MILK supplied in the room. Home comforts - a good range of toiletries in the bathroom, a coffee table with the chairs. Plenty of options for breakfast - which was freshly cooked to perfection. A very relaxed feel about it.

The Friendly welcome on arrival, the room we were allocated and the very substantial breakfast.

We were warmly welcomed by the owners. I'd asked them to book me a taxi and it was there on time. The breakfast was delicious. Felt like I was at home.

Rose and Steve the owners were a fantastic couple, very friendly and helpful, rooms were very clean and comfy. Very good shower and comfy bed. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. It was fantastic value for money and would recommend to family and friends. Licensed bar available and off road parking (limited)

Arrived to a warm welcome and shown straight to our room. The room had been cleaned to a high standard. Breakfast was lovely and not for the faint hearted, you certainly dont start your day hungry after a Breakfast at the Etherleigh. Close to the Beach front and shops, lovely lovely stay :)

A very nice couple & very clean accomodation, we would recommend the Etherliegh to all. We will be visiting again.next year. A short walk to the sea front & the town centre is even closer. still qiet surrounding area. A very good location. Excellent welcome & stay.

The owners had a large dog but it was kept away from the guests, but the owners used the front room area for themselves so you felt as if you were intruding.

Friendly warm welcome from the owners. Room comfortable and recently modernised and nicely finished. Good en-suite facility. Excellent freshly cooked breakfast. Good choice for a b&B.

The owners were very welcoming and helpful in recommending places to eat etc. The room was spotlessly clean and had tasteful, modern decor. The bed was very comfortable and we were pleased that the heating was on as even though we visited in June it was a bit cold outside. The bathroom was also spotless. Breakfast was excellent! We would definitely stay here again.

The only minor negative is that I would have preferred black-out curtains as even though the cream curtains were heavy, they still let in a bit too much light for me. Still slept pretty well though!

The location was good, only approx 8 mins from seafront. The breakfast was good. The owners were very pleasant and helpful.

On the website it stated that they had a lounge with TV and DVD, but the lounge actually said "private" on the door and the owners were always in there with a huge dog and my friend was allergic to dog hair! We therefore felt that although there was a lounge, we would be intruding and were not sure that it was meant for guests anyway. Breakfast was served at 8.30 am only, no flexibility even at weekends. The website stated that the B & B had central heating, but this was on a time switch and didn't come on until 8.30 pm in the evening,by which time we were very cold as the weather was wet and windy! The shower in our room was not brilliant.
