The room was very comfortable, clean, and recently decorated. I would stay at this hotel if I was doing business in the area again. The reception staff were not particularly welcoming and seemed a bit disorganised. |

Rooms clean, swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi good and had these to ourselves which was great, breakfast was very good, overall very pleased. Slightly lacking in character and felt a bit like a conference centre |

The food was good thou' had to que for breakfast on the first morning. Paul in the restaurant was the best waiter, ever helpful and ever friendly. Not able to use the spa facilities from 11am to 4pm......not acceptable. The room was not ready until 10pm..........again not acceptable and no apology received. |

The new bedrooms were very nice but no lift had to carry bags up stairs and no one to help you.Very hard to find bedrooms lots of doors |

We loved the luxury of the hotel and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating - we definitely would like to stay there again :) No, it was lovely |

Nice surrounding. Nowadays it is strange to have only one hour internet coupons for such a big price. Unfortunately the swimming pool was out of order during whole stage (3 days) |

staff were friendly and helpful didn't like the bed or the pillows, didn't like the breakfast choice and quality of food, and didn't like the fact that the pool was out of use for the entire stay because "chlorine levels were too high". |

That there was a friendly atmosphere not only from Hotel staff but from other customers. The hotel staff was quick to help us settle in and happy for us to speak to the manager to address any concerns that we had. The hotel facilities was a factor why we chose this particular hotel - all in one package and the hotel was only a short drive to the centre of Stratford-Upon-Avon. Unfortunately the hotel sport bar is anything but a sport bar - it only houses one football table. Upon arrival the jaccuzi and swimming pool was not working to safety standards which really hindered what we had plan. |

the hotel itself was beautiful, the room was stunning, very modern!! The menu was a bit extravagant and expensive for our tastes, but there was a pub 2 minutes down the road which did proper meals! Having said that the breakfast was lovely! |

Bed very comfortable, big rooms, nice sourrounding, quiet place Practicly no view from room - so very dark inside - there was beautiful weather and you couln't see it from room at all; bad smell in ladies changingroom next to swimming pool; breakfast - short of food, staff was bringing such a quantity of it to the buffet, that it was dissapearing in a seconds. |
