Clean room and bathroom. Top quality wi-fi. Very good location to the tube. Hotel staff very helpful and kind specially at the breakfast room but one man from reception /I think he is the most important manager of this hotel just by mistake misplaced to the reception/. Hot water in bathroom all time.

Facilities specially in bathroom very poor condition like in 19 century, tvset in the room the same very old, no picture quality, and because weak signal room aerial needs to be set for every of very few channels. Room is very crowded, no space even to breathe. Room has possibility to open windows, than street noise drowns every sound. Breakfast very low budget, I think about 50p for person, for the plus is nice staff helpful and not guilty of this poverty.

Rooms so small you can hardly turn yourself. Breakfast cheap and horrible.Only one flat pillow on bed. No parking and facalities very poor.

We did not get the rooms we booked! We booked 6 twins and got a mixture of twin and doubles, so people had to share a bed! My room was out the back in the back yard with carpet and other stuff dumped up against the wall! There was a skip, wheelbarrow and other rubbish just dumped there, the shower cubical was rotten! Dirty and falling apart! The toilet was stained and dirty! I had booked the rooms few months before and to to be told that they had upgraded our rooms from twin to what we got was a joke! It should have been very simple! 6 twin rooms! Not a mish mash of rooms and people had to share a bed! Not on!

Breakfast

It was not far from the tube station but also not too far from the city center to walk and enjoy the sights ( Battersea Park for example) We also loved Clapham common just under our window and all the shops ready at our doorsteps

Banging doors till late at night

It was cheap, comfortable and near to where we wanted to be.

It was very basic and there was no lamp in the bedroom if you wanted to read but the other people wanted to sleep. No saucers for the cups in the breakfast room and dirty cloths on the table. I think that you should not have cloths at all and just wipe the tables because I thought they were quite nice tables.

Close to tube station. Didn't take tip for room service like bedmaking.

Cheap and boring breakfast menu. Demanded 20 pences for printing a sheet of A4 paper and 1 pound for 5 minute internet use.

Nearby the Underground (Metro station) of Clapham South

There are no basic facilities in a basic/standard room: no space, no facility to open a window, no hairdryer. Luckely, we could change rooms because we've payed double the price (this is due to the online system of Booking.com, the hotel said). Unfortunately, in a more comfort room wasn't even a hairdryer ! Breakfast was poor ! Only a toast and jam and some cornflakes served in a big plastic box. Breakfast was only until 9u30 which is early for people on holiday. At exact 9u31 there was no breakfast available at all ! Unfortunately we had to eat breakfast at local coffeebar.

Reasonable value for money budget-hotel.

My booked room was not available to me even though I booked 3 months before my stay. My first replacement room was not cleaned up after the last visitor, so I got a replacement for my replacement. No mirror in the bathroom for shaving. Not possible to change the channel of the TV in my room without the remotecontrol, which wasn't available.
