It was too noisy. There was heavy traffic outside all day and almost all the night. The Wireless internet was not working. They couldnt fix it. I had to look outside to do some important work. The building is not as new and clean as it is in pictures. |

The breakfast was good This hotel was very poor value for money. The room had two bed side lights which did not work in spite of my leaving the shades off so that staff could see ther were no bulbs. Television reception was very poor. The room was very noisy. The rooms decoration was very tired. |

I liked its cleanliness and convenience for visits to theatre and concerts. Having difficulty walking long distances, I found its proximity to cafes, restaurants, bars, theatres and buses particularly attractive. |

The only positive of this hotel was the central location The noise from the bar below went on well past midnight. The bathroom was in very poor condition filthy sink and mould around bath. The bed linen was worn and old. carpet was very dirty. Breakfast choices were very poor. Bar staff were unfriendly and miserable. No Parking. VERY over priced for the condition. |

I liked the proximity of the place to rly and bus stations and my place of work at Oxford University. I liked the friendly and helpful behaviour of the two girls at the Bar counter. I missed having a chair in my room. I had to sit up on the bed to w2atch the btelly. |

Good price, excellen location (perhaps a bit too close to the bus station..), friendly staff State of maintenance of room (some lights did not work, carpet had not been cleaned well for long) - room located above bus station (noise was no problem for me, but I know a lot of people, who would have had difficulties to sleep...) |

The room (double, private) was comfortable and it had everything we needed for one night. Excellent location, right in the centre of Oxford. |

The hotel was very convenient for the station, and was a reasonable cost compared to other hotels nearby. There were very many people in the bar, and the noise kept me awake until late. I expect it would be better on other nights, but on this occasion I ended up missing breakfast, in order to catch up on sleep before my meeting. |
