Supposed to be private en suite, yet no towels in room and had to pay extra.
Location was great, the breakfast was a great deal. Front desk staff was really helpful.
Minimal space to put things, but minor detail.
Simple room with fair space and everything I needed ie. Shower, TV, desk and clothes hanging space.
There was nothing I didn't like
The location, price, facilities. If you are looking for a cheap, clean place to stay for a night out out then stay here!
Stay was too short
Bar emptying glass bottles into bin at 3 am
Nice breakfast, eat all you can.
No doors to the sinks room. Unable to use them without disturbing nearby beds. Too many beds per room. The more people, the more risk to have people talking during the night or making noise when others are sleeping.
- close to railway station. - close to shopping center. - breakfast looks good (didn't try).
- room stinks. - dirty bathroom. - extremely small bathroom. - bathroom and toilet inside, noisy. stink, and humid. - birds outside are noisy whole day.
Good value for money. Great location. Easy to come and go 24 hours a day. Lockable drawers for luggage.
People sleeping in different beds each night. No towels in room. Shower rubbish
The location is the good thing about this hostel and very good value.
The food in the bar
Had to make own beds
Great location, rooms clean, breakfasts filling.
Staff next to useless, no lift, showers dodgy.
Good location! Good service! Good location for train and bus travellers!
Slightly expensive. Shower is improvable
location is good, and convenient, close to bus station.
the window is not close, it's a bit cooler inside the room. bed is so so.
You have to pay for everything not included.
Friendly and comfortable
the facilities are excellent the rooms are very comfortable near the train station location
Low price accommodation in very convenient location, close to railway station and many shops.
located in the city center
the toilet was leaking, the bed was uncomfortable, noise in the night because of youngsters having party in the corridor
good location, staff was nice, clean enough. It was my first time staying in such a hostel and I enjoyed it.
the showers and sinks didn't seem to be cleaned everyday (not a big deal, but still...)
Really cheap...!! Breki okay.. few choices..x staff wer nice and rooms wer good. X cannot complain for price x
2 comfortable bunk beds available with attached bathroom for privacy. Good value for money with good breakfast included. Within walking distance from town centre and other tourist attractions.
Staff very helpful, food excellent value for money.
Showers could be cleaner.
Beds were comfortable Small dorm with only 4 beds and separate toilet and shower rooms Location in Glasgow was EXCELLENT - so handy for the station, shops, etc Breakfast was very good value - lots of choice and plenty to eat!! I stayed during the Commonwealth Games as prices everywhere were so dear - hence a bit more than normal but outside peak times, the rates are even cheaper!
Staff weren't very friendly when I checked in nor helpful when I went back as someone had put their things on my allocated bunk. Just blunt. The person I saw on checkout was much nicer though, and the one on breakfasts that day. Lift would sometimes refuse to come to the ground floor - coming down to the one above (M) but then going back up - minor problem but a bit annoying. Another guest said to hold the "call lift" button in to correct it!?
