No worth the money. 41£ per night a twin room, tird floor with an elevator "Trainspotting" style. The room was clean but the building is huge and ugly. No breakfast. For the same money can find much more better.

Nice location. University halls literally, though I don't mind it. Not really for families, but really good if group of youth going there. Feel bit cold and separated as the rooms are all individual.

Good location to many of the sites and shops/bars etc....And the fire alarm system actually works(well done for that!). Note about the fire alarm going off on Sat 3rd Sept(03:30am),that the night porter, poor guy,was barely able to speak/communicate in English to guest, and was unable to provide answers to guest questions-please get all your staff upto speed with answers to basic questions and training.Complaint no.two, key deposit policy, why the hotel would not accept £10 cash, but insisted on credit card details?when I questioned, why no note cash?answer"we don`t hold that ammount (cash )on site, yet I paid,£83(3 nights) in CASH.Can hotels owners explain contradiction?

It is like a student residence. You can cook in the comun kitchen, everything is clean. The toilets are comun for only 4-5 people and it was clean too. The prices are so convenient (It is cheaper if you book at the eurohostel website). Get internet is so expensive and the conexion is really bad. You can't stay at your room.

Had great difficulty in finding my room.Key had 4 9 c on it which lead me to believe I was looking for room 9c in block 4 whereas it was room c in flat 9.I ate my tea in kitchen as was embarrassed to go back and ask the lovely receptionist to show me exactly where room was.(she had explained to me but I hadnt listened properly)So after eating my tea and heading out on my return a Basque guy was on reception so he very kindly took me to where my room was.

It's a great location and quite inexpensive for a private room. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. Over the 3 weeks that I spent there, I developed a very sore back. Something which has never happened before.

We came for the festival and the location of the halls was excellent. The staff were not the most helpful. One member of staff just watched us struggle to put the barrier of our car park space down. There were very few utensils and crockery in the kitchen so we were unable to make any meals at all. Although the location was excellent it did mean that it was extremely noisy with festival goers until about 5am and then with traffic! This is not the fault of the hotel tho! I understand that this is budget accomodation and was fine for our festival weekend.

Very clean, very cheap. Quite sparse, you need to share a toilet etc. The room was comfortable and I had no problems with it, for the price. Little confusing to find your way around to your room, toilet, bathroom etc, but no big problem.

Location was excellent. Room rate very reasonable and cleanliness was acceptable for the price Paid £12 for 24 hour use of internet as had run out of 24 hour internet passes and had to buy a 2 or 3 day one. Parking is very pricey at £11 per day.

Was the only affordable accommodation available for date of stay. Would not use again, the comfort of the beds was much to be desired, I think the floor would have been more comfortable to sleep on. The cost for the stay was extorsionate for the services provided. It was a rip off!!!!
