It was clean, cheap and pretty close to the center of London, I had a lovely time at this hotel, to be fair I just needed a place to sleep close to everything. It was situated in Zone 2 and apparently not in the best of neighborhoods.

Perfectly located in the Shepherd's Bush area for public transport and eating facilities. Very basic no comfort budget hotel, but value for money ratio more than ok.

the location is excellent for the BBC centre, westfield and shepherds bush empire. where to start?! had to wait a while for a guy to turn up on reception on arrival. the shower was weak, the few seconds it came on. the lock broke on the bathroom as i tried to get out. had to get the receptionist up with his tool (cough) good job i wasn't on my own / a woman / claustrophobic. or worse: a claustrophobic woman on my own. the television had a poor signal, not an issue as people who stay in watching the box in hotels are saaaaaa-aa-aaaad! we were awoken at 7:45 the next morning by the sound of drilling in the next room and in the hallway. It's true you get what you pay for, but the problem was.. we'd payed more than a 5er. x

The location and breakfast The cleanliness was not good, the bathroom had mould on the tiles and this was never washed despite the room was cleaned daily. The receptionist / manager tried to rip me off by telling me it will cost 60pounds by car hire to emirate stadium, I later called a cab myself and it cost me only 23pounds.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good - you can use either Hammersmith station (Picadilly line) or Shepherds Bush station. You can walk to restaurants and there is a laundromat close by. The new Westfield mall is within walking distance and there is a Foyle's book store there. There are refrigerators in the room and tv with 5 channels. The bathrooms are small but modern. No hairdryers - I didn't ask for one. Overall, a very good value for the money and the location made it easy to get into London quickly. The cleaning staff needs to be more thorough. And more towels for single folks would be nice.

I was very pleasantly surprised. For the money we spent, I couldn't have asked for more. The rooms were more than adequate to sleep in, Very clean and bathroom sparkling. Maid service was every day and the breakfast kept your energy going for the ardous task of shopping. Receptionists were all very helpful in our inquiries. We were three ladies and we felt very safe and well looked after. I have definately kept their address and will be telling all my friends to book there. It's central and convenient. There is a slight, very slight suggestion I would like to make. We had nowhere to hang our towels in the bathroom. If there was, I wouldn't have changed my towels every day as I am a great believer in saving energy and the environment. Other than that, nothing whatsoever.

We were going to a rock gig at the apollo so we didn't want a flash hotel just some where to cheap dump our bags before and some where to crash afterwards. This ticked all the major boxes for us. No problems at all, will stay there again next time we are at a gig.

It was the cheapest we could find in easter holidays in London... Only one towel for two people!!! When I asked for more towels, they brought one more and never changed them again for four nights stay!!!! Small room, beasy streat and noise. Poor poor breakfast, if you were lucky enough to find a forg to eat!!! Not the best area to stay...And had to pay upon arrivall!!

It had a fridge - The room was very small, bathroom so small could not sit on the toilet without hitting the loo roll holder and if you sat in the wrong place at breakfast no room to get up and down. - Room was very hot with no way of cooling - No plug in the sink - No wardrobe only a very small rail - Only had one curtain that did not cover the window - Kettle had no socket near it so had to boil on the floor. Could not fill kettle from tap had to fill cups and pour into kettle. - Minimal tea & coffee facilities - Cracked tiles in the bathroom - Cooked breakfast selection was only overcooked fried egg, scrambled egg and baked beans, both mornings it was cold. - Constant noise of slamming doors. - Our room was at the front and the volume of traffic barely eased all night, a lot of sirens wailing as well.

(1) No hot water at all. During my stay (3 days), I could not take a shower. (2) Very smelly room (bad smell of sewerage), dirty room, dirty carpet, dirty bed and sheets. I found 2 cockroaches one in the bed, and one in the floor. It seems that they never clean the room! (3) only one small towel for all your stay. It was smelly and I saw a long hair on it! I think they do not even wash it. (4) Upstairs feet noises make you crazy. not to be able to sleep at all. (5) Small and broken shower. (6) very basic breakfast in a dirty and small place. (7) many rooms are on the basement floor that are much worse. (8) very rude and impolite staffs. Always there is someone at Front complaining about the facilities. A staff (whose name was Kamran Khan) and introduced himself as the manager of the hotel, was very impolite. When I complained about not having hot water at the room, he simply and impolitely answered that you can check out now and find somewhere else! Everything was just disgusting. I have never ever seen such a disgusting place in my 45 years traveling life!

I stayed in hotel for second time and been even more satisfied than first time. Room was clean, bigger than first time. You can not expect luxury for little money, but for little time we (my son and I) spent in, it was complitelly enough. We came in evening - around 22.00 and had problems with paying with EuroCard, but frendly receptionist just said we had time and just go to rest. Wery nice gesture for tired travelers. There was weird floor in our room - but It is an old building, so it is natural, that it is not everythig perfect.
