Cleanliness. Transport. Shopping Stairs are quite narrow and carpet overhangs, too many. Could not get into the main house to check out and nobody answered the door, gave up after 15minutes. Room was for 4 but only 2 cups & 2 towels, the guy did give more after asking but next day was the same. Cold in the night as heating went off. Blankets not warm enough quilts would be better. |

staff is nice, 10 minutos from underground Water on the carpet, one towel for two people, charged us more than supposed (then returned it when we complained), breakfast awful and not enough tables, people having loud conversations at 3 am in other rooms for more than an hour. |

the hotel was good for the city line tube and the shopping centre. also very close to the BBC good value clean but small room just what you need could do with extra bedding |

Absolutely nothing! Room was incredibly small - Poor and dirty breakfast in a small room crowded of people - Need to go out from one hotel to another to get to the breakfast room and to the reception - stairs which are unconfortable if you have a suitcase - No wireless (which was one of the features mentioned in the website) - tv with just 4 channels |

The room was a good size, clean and the bathroom was clean also. It was in a good location and the breakfast was very good. The room was a bit cold as there wasn't any heating on and it was a bit noisy as beside a busy road. |

Location to the Hammersmith Apollo No teabags, not enough milk etc in room, definately not enough towels, one small towel for 2 people, and not a lot bigger than a face cloth, how on earth you would use it after a shower!!! Cereal or eggs for breakfast, cheap orange juice in the carton on the tables |

Free wireless, ensuite, fridge in room, that staff gave advice on eating in surrounding area. Bed was comfortable and wallpaper was funky :D Room was very small, stairs (no elevator), staff kept us waiting for room for an hour even though they knew we were in a hurry and it was after check in time. Only one towel even though there were two of us. When leaving all the fresh sheets and towels were on the floor outside our door :S |

It was well positioned, cheap and clean, the provision of wi fi was alsoa good idea although i didn't use it. The first room i was shown had visible mould on the walls and smelt of the damp. The room i was offered as an alternative was better, though the mattress wa very old and worn out. It was also pretty cold in the night, i think because the other rooms had their windows open. The breakfast wasn't too great either. |

The location is excellent, the room was ok for the price, employees are very polite and friendly, the breakfast is good. There could be more seats in the breakfast room. I have seen people queueing for a considerable time. |

My brother and I were really happy with the proximity to the Shepherd's Bush Empire and all the public transport you would need to get around london, two tube stations and an overground!, So.were pleasantly surprised at the cleandliness of the rooms, tea & coffee facitlities (plenty) and a fridge in the room, shower and toilet, the staff were friendly but not imposing, I would definately recommend this hotel to people on a tight budget and we will stay again on our next trip! |

I liked the leaflet stand in the foyer and I liked leaving in the morning. 1. I did not like that I booked this hotel on the basis that I could check in at 11am (even emailing and phoning the hotel before I booked) but when I arrived the receptionist argued that I could not check in until 1pm. 2. I was then given a room in the basement that was barely big enough to contain the bed. 3. The view from the window was of a wall and an old toilet. 4. We were only given 1 towel. 5. The tv had 3 channels. 6. We attempted to have breakfast 3 times, but were unable to be seated. 7. Once we were eventually seated, the lady running breakfast simply pointed at the clock and grunted as though we were inconveniencing her and did not replenish the empty trays with food. 8. When trying to check out, the reception was empty |

Ample space for the four of us in the family room, bathroom is very clean (although very small - hardly enough space to turn around), good servings of basic breakfast and helpful staff at the front desk. There should be enough towels and bath amenities for the four of us in the quad room (only three sets were given), and it would be good if the shower gels were provided to us every day. During our stay of 6 nights, we were only provided with bath amenities on the 1st and 5th nights. |

good location, helpful staff, room was reasonably clean with free wi-fi that worked well. lots of hot water throughout the day. i had a room in the basement of another building, felt a bit odd. no remote control for TV, breakfast served only 1,5 hrs from 7:30 - 9:00am. |
