Fantastic location and lots of space. Enormous garden at the back was a great surprise.

Great service a small blocked sink problem that they fixed immediately. The staff all very friendly and very efficient and helpful. Easily a 10 out of 10 in every aspect.

Nothing all was fine

Europa House Apartments were absolutely lovely to stay at. The staff was very good and helpful. We arrive late night on Sunday and the manager Gloria was considerate enough to come to the apartments to check us in late at night. I travel all over the world and I cannot say this about any of the places I have stayed at!

The internet in apartment 2 was not working. It would have been a perfect stay if the internet had worked.

Staff, Confort, Location.

Travelling with a small baby and a young child of 5 to a city like London where you can pay a lot for a very small hotel room - this was a Godsend!! Our kids had enough room to run around, the kitchen was well stocked and very functional and was truly a home away from home in a great location..!Would definitely reccommend it to families.

Friendly staff, excellent location, and completeness of apartment facilities.

The price is high if extended stay in mind.

It's a lovely and clean apartment. The sitting room is warm and cozy, kitchen is large and nice, with milk and still water prepared in the fridge for free. Rooms are large and bright. Bathrooms are large and clean too. Definitely would stay again.

Gloria and her staff were very warm and accommodating. We showed up two hours early and our room was not ready. They let us leave our luggage (seven pieces) and offered to take them up to our room and to call us when the room was available. We were at a nearby cafe when they called 30 minutes later to say our room was available. The rooms were all spacious and well appointed. It was very easy to get around by tube and taxi. We were able to access internet with all our devices for a weekly rate of 40 pounds, which I thought was reasonable. The apartment is in a lovely residential part of town and we would definitely stay there again.

The only drawback was that the dryer did not work. But there was a hanging rack in the coat closet so I could hang dry all our clothes. The staff at Europa also offered to have our things dried if I gave the wet things to the maids -- so there were alternatives available to us. It was easy enough to let things dry overnight. The kitchen is large and the wet things did not get in our way.

Really enjoyed my very short stay at this appartment. It is located in my favourite part of London, little Venice, and easily accessible with buses. I arrived after 5 pm and received a txt how to access my appartment. The decor is beautiful and the towels very fluffy. Beds are very comfortable and cosy.

The apartment was beautiful, clean, quiet & comfortable. The staff could do enough. Europa House was situated within easy walking distance of 2 underground stations which made getting anywhere in London so easy. The communal garden (3 acres of heaven in the middle of London) was absolutely incredible & probably the most wonderful part of our stay in London for my young children. I would definitely go back.

انصدمت عند دخولي للفندق هذا الفندق لا يستحق ان يحصل على نجمة واحده ولا اعلم كيف صنف ضمن الفنادق ذات الخمس نجوم لايوجد اي مرافق لا يوجد مكتب استقبال او روم سيرفس الاثاث متواضع جدا وقديم ايضا يوجد مقابل الفندق مدرسة اطفال ويكون المكان كثير الازعاج في الصباح الاضائة ضعيفه في الغرف والممرات لا يوجد لوبي سعره مبالغ فية جدا جدا اجدا بكل بساطة لا يستحق هذا الفندق التقييم العالي ولا الخمس نجوم ولا انصح بتجربته

Alla consegna l'appartamento era curato e pulito. Il mantenimento quotidiano deve essere sollecitato.

Davvero fantastico,posizione ottima vicino alla fermata della metro di Maida Vale (Bakerloo Line) in 10 minuti arrivi a Piccadilly,pulizia ottima,avevamo una camera con 2 stanze da letti e con 2 bagni di cui uno aveva anche il bide' cosa molto rara qui in Inghilterra,in piu' c'e' un grande giardino dove puoi accedere liberamente all'interno dello stabile.....veramente da nn perdere........consigliatissimo....

Rooms, Staff, Location

Perfect place-comfy, spacious and clean. Fully-equipped kitchen is very useful. Close to underground, Tesco 24h nearby, some restaurants in the area.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, tolle Lage, besonders der Blick auf den Garten, aber auch die Wohngegend ist sehr schön, sehr komfortabel eingerichtet, gute Betten, gute Ausstattung der Küche.

Toll wäre es, wenn es noch eine Garderobe gäbe.

Nice neighbourhood, close walk to underground, v.good size 2 bed appt. with nice equipped kitchen,good daily cleaning service, friendly staff.
