Situated on the hotel’s first floor, the restaurant has magnificent views over Great Victoria Street below, and is surely one of the best locations in Belfast to see and be seen. With its luxurious surroundings, impressive range of cocktails, music, entertainment, wide choice of food and a great atmosphere, there's nowhere better for a wonderful dining experience. Live music is provided by the hotel’s resident pianist Thursday to Sunday.
The restaurant is open for dinner from 18:00 to 22:00, Monday to Thursday, and from 18:00 to 23:00, Friday to Saturday.
A selection of food is available from 12:00 to 18:00 in the lounge.
The Causerie on the hotel’s ground floor offers a more informal dining option. This bustling contemporary bistro offers has a wide choice of menus available for both lunch and dinner, including snacks, light meals, full meals and daily specials. The Causerie is open 7 days a week for breakfast from 06:00 to 11:00 and from lunch to dinner from 12:30 to 22.30 (last seating at 22:30).
Those in a hurry can grab a bite to eat in the Lobby Bar, which is situated on the hotel’s ground floor. The Lobby Bar serves great pub grub all day and there is live music on Friday and Saturday nights from 21:00.

Concierge is excellent They had a load of drunken kids on my floor who kept me up for the whole night despite myself and several other residents complaining nothing was done about it for the whole night. When I said something to these kids I just got a load of drunken abuse. Also I think it would be a good idea to have a toilet roll in the room. |

I liked the size of the room and the bed. I was unhappy with the shower, the shower guard wasnt big enuff and the bathroom was left very wet wen we took showers. |

The location was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very enjoyable experience The valet service was very poor. Only one person on desk so if he was gone to collect somebody's car, there was a long delay. I waited over 20 minutes at the desk for service. |

Room was very nice if a little cramped when walking around the bed. There was no socket near the kettle so you had to put it on the desk area to plug in. I had a room service meal but the portion of fish & chips & peas was very small for £17 and the batter was soggy as if the mix was not right or it had not been cooked for long enough. I received a £7 refund. Better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick but I think a full refund would have been better. |

toured the city twicevisited hotel pub and local pubs.visited the shops. I thought £16 for breakfast a bit much, so we didn't bother with the breakfast. This really didn't affect us. If it had been 4 or 5 we might have gone along. At any rate 10 in the morning would be too early for us. The main reason I thought £16 too dear is because we eat in the lobby restaurant and a 10 oz. steak was only £16.75 (the dearest item on the menu)Also the night we eat in this restaurant Belfast fest started in the foyer. Before we booked we could have been told and could have eaten at first floor. This is not a complaint here. We were very happy with your hotel and will return |

The atmosphere and the bars were great, the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was comfy and modern. We couldn't check in until 1500hrs, however we were able to leave our luggage so that was good. It was quite expensive in the resident's bar and breakfast wasn't included in the price. |

It was a great location for shopping and had good atmosphere. Breakfast was cold when delivered to room. Guests in room next door were very noisy and were disruptive all night. We didnt contact receiption as they were very abusive to each other and we didnt want to subject hotel staff to them |
