Staff very friendly, good bar and relaxing atmosphere.

Quite hard getting a lift as we where on 8th floor and had to wait quite a while .

Breakfast is excellent and hotel is very comfortable.

Pity there is no (free) wifi in rooms, lack of a gym is surprising in this quality of hotel and the views from the rooms are of (dull) cityscapes which to be fair the hotel can't do much about !

It was very central for our needs. I was doing the Marathon and the room was quiet and a runners friendly breakfast was fresh and most welcome.

The staff were amazing The food was great Beds very confortable Bar not over priced as you would expect

Nothing Only thing I would like to see is maybe ice-machines in the corridors rather than having to ring down to reception for it..

The flexibility. They were able to accommodate my needs for early check in and late leaving due to my flights and were very helpful when needed.

It would be good to have an ice machine.

Overall comfort, service and spacious hotel. Made to feel very welcome. Very friendly but professional staff throughout.

Really comfortable bed and pillows. lifts good and speedy we on 8th floor with great view.

i enjoyed the whole stay at the Europa Hotel, it was central to all i needed. Staff were so friendly and helpfull. I liked the inviting atmosphere in the lobby, what with the real fire. The bar was nice especially with live entertainment in afternoons. Rooms were clean and well presented. I liked it all.

The drinks in the bar were a bit too expensive i thought.

Poor variety of hot dishes in breakfast specially for those who doesn't eat meat as vegetarians. Very poor breakfast for the price ,18-20Euro/per per/day, that you pay.

An excellent hotel,from the time I checked in to checking out,both the staff & the property itself were excellent.The bar is a haven,quiet & no t.v. blaring in the background.

Location

On return to my room after 11.00am on the morning of departure I found my bedroom door open. Although I had a Do Not Disturb sign placed outside housekeeping had entered and then failed to see my packed overnight case in the room and assumed that I had checked out

Central location ideal for getting into city centre

Bar food poor and basic. Room superficially good. Remenants of previous guest still evident in room. Discarded clothing labels in bedside drawers, discarded bra in wardrobe. Although notified to reception staff after my first night, these issues were not addressed. Not what I would have expected from a high hotel.

Considering the age of the hotel, I found it still to be in an excellent state of presentation

There was nothing that I did not like. If there was room then maybe a swimming pool/leisure centre
