The location is excellent, very close to many of Northern Irelands main attractions. I didn't like the room that I was given (at the back of the hotel, near the station)

Location at heart of Belfast, hub of city. Piano bar excellent Major issues with room service. Ordered scramble eggs breakfast at 1040am, order was taken, then curt woman rang back and said breakfast finished at 1030. I asked could I order something else and she said no, lunch did not start until 12. I asked at reception afterwards and she said breakfast ran til 11. That night, tried to order sandwiches at 1015pm (because menu said only sandwiches available after 10) and was told they had no sandwiches available (in a 4 star hotel?). Was told to ring back at 1115 to see again (as opposed to them ringing again) and when I did could hear someone in background called Barney complaining loudly about having to make sandwiches. When they arrived, they were dry, with nothing else on the plate and two orders of sandwiches plus two bottles of water came to the £18. Like the hotel but room service issue means I will not be staying there again

The standard of accomodation has slipped in this hotel since the mtv awards, bedding was stained there was dust in the corners of the room and the bathroom had no toilet paper. You can get much better service for much less in Belfast city centre.

During our 2 night stay in the Europa Hotel we ate both nights in the hotel the food was beautiful we couldnt fault it however breakfast is self sevice and where they provided a great selection most of the hot food was in actual fact cold which was disappointing. While reading about the hotel it states "sound proof rooms" not true! You can hear every door along the corridor bang and we could even hear the tv from the next room.We had a "classic double room" which was very small for what I had paid I expected more than your box room .

I didn't like that they don't have Wi-FI included anywhere in the hotel. I thought this was bad form for such a prestigious and expensive hotel right in the middle of the city! The internet access should be included in the price of the room. Instead they want to charge you $15 extra per day to have internet. NOT OK.

The room was very small and quite stuffy however the noise outside was so loud that you couldn't keep the windows open .At 6.30am the glass recycling lorry for the hotel came by and proceeded to smash bottles for 20 mins .I felt that to be wakened by such a noise on our only night 'off' from our 3 young children was unacceptable .when I spoke to the duty manager she just said thank you for your comments .I think a reduction off the cost would have been a fairer thing to offer .Breakfast was not included but offered at £16!!so £85 to not sleep well was not very resonable

The location Asked for room with a view didnt happen. Got into room radiator broke and plug in washbasin stuck so couldnt use it.The maintance manager came up and said it would be able to fix the sink but not sure about the radiator, we need it because we were soaking wet because of the rain and we wanted to dry our clothes. Went down to reception and asked to be moved they said they would try witch was 8.0clock in the evening then a young lad came to look ate the radiator said if it wasnt fixed in the morning they would move us. Went down to reception in the morning said housekeeping didint start to 2 oclock, we went back at 3 0 clock still nothing, so we asked again to be moved they said there was no rooms do to a wedding. We leave Sunday morning very dissapointed with our stay not what we expected from the Europa Hotel .

Everything we were independent travellers and were on the same floor as tour groups, there were a lot of doors banging early in the morning probably as people were putting bags out to be picked up.

Great location (just next to the central bus stop & within 5 minutes walking distance from the city center), but would be a bit far from the train stations. Courteous staff. Comfy bed. Sufficient space. Good value for money. Noise from closing of doors from next doors is quite loud. A bit of leakage on the bathroom floor.

Quick check-in , vallet parking. On the day I left I did not need my car until 5.00pm so they said ok , and had the car outside on my return to collect it ------- excellent !! The furniture is getting a bit 'tired' , its time for a .make-over in those rooms, or at least replace / renew the timer furniture.

Some excellent hotels nearby. Where do I start. Room small and cramped. Problems with the water supply that took a day to resolve despite calls to reception and promises made. Door staff that behave like night club bouncers. I did raise a compliant with the management, no response. This was meant to be a relaxing break, sadly not. Very disappointing.

The restaurant, food and the bedroom was fine. The room used in the conference centre was pleasant but it needed to be heated up on arrival and the surrounding corridors and the centre was unmanned and cold.
