The staff, service, atmosphere in the Piano Bar and the value and quality of the food was very good and the location is ideal. We were disappionted that there was no air conditioning in (a superior room) and as it was hot and humid and we had to open the window and this was noisy,We have stayed a number of times in The Slieve Donard in this type of room and also in a Classic Room which we would compare to this room . |

The room was welcoming and clean, we had a lovely time. It is convenient to shops and night life - we hope to be back again soon. We had been using another hotel for our weekend breaks but if we get another deal like this one we will continue to use the Europa. Having to leave the room so early the next morning. |

Excellent location, room quiet and luxurious (wonderful to be able to open the window rather than compulsory air conditioning). Good to have a choice of large bath or shower in super bathroom. Friendly staff. Would have preferred breakfast included in the room price (so as not to have to decide in advance each day what type of breakfast to opt for). Table service would have been much preferred - including not having to make our own toast! |

Efficient, clean, and not disturbed by early morning cleaners! The WiFi / Internet access should be free to all guests. |

Central location, internal signage (at lift highlighting floors etc.), reception/foyer odour coming form en suite (not us!), charging stg£16 for breakfast - you should wear a balaclava!! No parking arrangements - I do accept that there is parking very close however it would be beneficial if there was a concessionary rate for hotel guests |

A very efficiently run, conveniently located hotel. The breakfast was first rate, and the piano bar was very popular. |

Good location, very comfortable rooms with a flat screen and i-pod doc. Our bathroom sink was blocked for our stay, we asked twice for someone to come and unblock it but to no avail. On the third time someone finally came but whatever they done it didn't work so it was still blocked on leaving |

This hotel is right in the centre of the hustle and bustle of Belfast. The Piano Bar is a great venue to enjoy a coffee or drink and watch the world go by. Great location for a Belfast city break and very helpful friendly staff. The older style bedrooms could do with a revamp to brighten and modernise them. |

i stay in belfast every 2 months trying different hotels, but i can honesty say never ever again, only because of the noise in the hotel during the nite, it was like a nite club untill 8.ooam , every disappointing as the hotel is lovely, we were on the 4 floor and men and woman shouting dancing and singing in the hall, really brings down the hotel like some 1 or 2 star hotels in the area!! the hotels new bit is lovely ,rooms a little on the small side ,, lobby bar gud, fire in reception lovely, location great.. |

Conveniently located in the heart of the city I had to ask that the room be vacuumed and that the wood floor be cleaned; to leave more than one soap daily; to leave hand towels daily; tub maths daily; and face cloths, which housekeeping kindly went out to buy.We had to request a luggage rack, and hangers for the closet, since there were only 3. |

As a young couple myself and my partner really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was so central, the staff were so kind and friendly. I would recommend The Europa and I will certainly be back. The breakfast is too expensive!!! |
