Location at heart of Belfast, hub of city. Piano bar excellent Major issues with room service. Ordered scramble eggs breakfast at 1040am, order was taken, then curt woman rang back and said breakfast finished at 1030. I asked could I order something else and she said no, lunch did not start until 12. I asked at reception afterwards and she said breakfast ran til 11. That night, tried to order sandwiches at 1015pm (because menu said only sandwiches available after 10) and was told they had no sandwiches available (in a 4 star hotel?). Was told to ring back at 1115 to see again (as opposed to them ringing again) and when I did could hear someone in background called Barney complaining loudly about having to make sandwiches. When they arrived, they were dry, with nothing else on the plate and two orders of sandwiches plus two bottles of water came to the £18. Like the hotel but room service issue means I will not be staying there again

It has a very good central location in the centre of Belfast with easy access to other places of interest We booked an executive room and they gave us a diabled executive room, we challenged the reception on this after checking in, and later that evening after a lot of aggravation gave us another executive room due to a late cancellation. on booking this room on booking.com there was no indication that this room was for a disabled person, otherwise we would not have booked it. I'm not sure who's fault this is ?

The location was excellent, I felt I was in the heart of the city. The staff were friendly and helpfull and our room was comfortable. It was great to stay in a hotel that has so much history. Unfortunately there was no parking facilities and I was rather caught on the hop by the need for valet parking and the charges.

The location of the hotel can't be beaten and the reception staff and concierges we found to be polite and friendly on check in and check out. The shower was excellent. Sitting with a newspaper and a coffee in front of the lounge fire is great. The room was too small for the number of furnishings they tried to squeeze into it. I found the pillows very poor which resulted in an uncomfortable sleep. There was no air conditioning in room - a massive disappointment. We experienced an issue with noise on our first night due to a function in the penthouse which ran until 1am. Called reception but no solution was offered.

I have stayed at the Europa on several occasions now and would go back whenever I need to stay in Belfast. Excellent city centre location with ideal transport links. Luxury at an affordable price. A bit noisy, especially at night time, but I guess this is expected in the city centre.

Efficient check in and valet parking of car. Room was clean and kept well during stay. Breakfast service not up to expectations. Too many "empties" and well done food. Even if you join at 09:15-09:30 you expect the same choice and service as those arriving earlier. Quality of dinner was below what could be sxpected.

Everything was to a very high standard, the room was spacious and clean. The bed was huge and comfortable. Also, great shower and was nice to have both a shower and bath. Breakfast also excellent quality food and choice. The TV remote didn't work!

The hotel was lovely and I would recommend anyone to stay there. The staff were wonderful and could not do enough for you. The rooms were decorated to a really high standard and very spacious. The food served in the restaurant was lovely and it was very nice to relax in the Piano Bar after a hard day out and about, with a drink in hand and watch the world go by. I had one complaint - only that we had to come home.
