Because there is no gym or training facility on offer I am unlikey to stay again. This is a pity since it is a very good hotel which I would like to use again
The hotel is absolutely wonderful for an inner city hotel. Everybody is extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile. The rooms are clean and any problems are dealt with as quickly as possible.
Normally when I ask for a room with a view I have been given a room over the busy street out the front or over the mountains. This time it was over the car park at the back.
The service at the lounge on the first floor was extremely poor. The second breakfast services food was poor.
Rooms were very comfortable.
Comfortable and friendly staff
Tv didn't work got it fixed and wouldn't work again in the morning
We had a very enjoyable stay & the staff were very polite & pleasant
I loved the hotel rooms, staff and restaurant. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The meal were great and prompt efficient service.
I used the hotel valet parking service through the concierge and got my car park after day two to find the the front scratched as if it had been caught on a car park wall or someone else's bumper
that it was Right next to the bus station easy to find once came from the airport
toilet flushing system was abit weak
Reception, Breakfast, bed, personnel
friendly staff ,pleasant room with all facilities
Staff have changed over years to be a little bit impatient and not as friendly, specifically on the front desk. This was noticeable in young female staff. Also dreadful room service food.
Free Wifi worked in the room even though it was for the public areas Great Shower room
I know it would be difficult to install but air con would be useful
A real buzz of an atmosphere at hotel
The room very small old fashioned food extremely expensive and not that good so disappointed hotel rooms need total revamp
Good location. Friendly staff. Nice room
Loved the location as it's close to city centre. Would go back again.
Room small for the price. round edge of room was dusty. Front of shower tray was dirty. I think the breakfast is overpriced
Comfy bed! Location. Friendly staff Nice Bar.
Expensive and awful breakfast £16! Damp around our window Poor sound proofing in walls NO FREE WIFI at this day and age Better value for money and facilities in other hotels, Jurys and The Hilton for example where I have stayed numerous times before and will again not the Europa. Very dissapointing for £132 for one night for two.
Great Location, helpful friendly staff.
Drink very expensive.
Everything - service , staff and accommodation were excellent
Comfortable hotel, Nice bed and bathroom facilities.
Parking is off site and outside hotel is very busy this can prevent getting a space to park to offload the bags
Lovely bed, really comfortable and quiet room.
the sink in the bathroom was blocked as the stopper was jammed.I was unable to use the sink.
Highlights were the lovely executive room, afternoon snacks in piano bar, 5 min walk to great Restaurant 'home', concierge kindly recovered an earring that fell down bathroom sink!, iPod dock in room, and comfortable king bed.
Poor communication between booking.com and hotel. We paid in the Booking.com website for breakfast and internet On top of room but hotel under impression we only paid for room. Had to show confirmation email on check in and again at breakfast, which should not have been necessary had the correct details been recorded/communicated between website and hotel.
