The hotel was very convenient for the town centre being less than five minutes walk from the Westfield Shopping Centre, Ample free parking was provided and its location ment it could be reached without having to navigate through the conjested town centre. Although we traveled by car it is also very convenient for the train station. |

Clean within walking distance to shops bars and resturants room comfortable could have done with more toiletries in the bathroom good value for money. most unhappy with car parking car park was full so asked hotel staff at reception for alternative parking said could leave on road adjacent to hotel once back at car the next morning most unhappy to have received a parking fine a bad end to a great weekend away |

The location is very central and the rooms are clean and confortable. Nice TV in the room. The staff was polite. The breakfast was not included and it was very overpriced (£10.5!!!) so we did not even bother trying it |

Excellent value for money, clean and within easy walking distance of the city centre and train station. The 3 of us (myself, my wife and teenage son) fitted quite comfortably into one of the family rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful. Ample car parking. Some interesting restaurants and a good little cafe nearby. We had to ask for extra bedding for the pull-out bed, but quickly and efficiently attended to by the friendly staff. |

Hotel staff were friendly. We arrived early in the morning before our room was ready and then left the city long after check out, we asked for our bags to be kept at the hotel whilst we explored the city and this was no problem. Breakfast in the morning was excellent, with continental and cooked breakfast on offer. |

Clean and modern facilities with courteous staff. It was located close to train station which was ideal for me as I arrived late at night. Good breakfast. It would have been preferable to include the breakfast at the time of booking. |

It was good to get a room on a last minute. The location was good as it was only a walking distance fromthe station. The road was very noisy and it carried into the room. Also the shower was making loud noise. I was woken up by someone taking a shower next door. And my shower was making the same noise. |

The hotel was ideally located for our journey by rail the next day. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was one of the best we have had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book at the hotel again. |

The reception was friendly. The hotel looks very old..No hot & cold water mixer..You have to choose between the two.Shampoo not availabe.besides you have to ask for soap.There were spots on the sofa. |
