Good location, good breakfast. Easy check in.
Wall tiles on bathroom floor very dangerous. Chip board walls making each room quite noisey.
Easy location from Kings cross. Good friendly staff. Self service full English breakfast. 11 am checkout. No nonsense, overnight stay.
Nothing to winge about. I could say I wanted a bigger tv, but never stayed in to watch one. Could say I wanted a huge bathroom, but it was an overnight stay, and the room had an adequate ensuite bathroom with shower.
location to kings cross st. pancras station
just the dullness of the hotel in general very disappointed
Been going there every year always great
Great location Good value for money Ease of check-in Perfect for an overnight stay
The room was very small Bathroom had a sharp step that I kept banging my foot on
Friendly Staff, good breakfast
Room a bit too cold in Winter
Walking distance from Kings Cross
Basic, warm and clean, you get what you pay for in London. Staff friendly enough. Only used as a 'crash pad/base' for 3 nights. English breakfast provided was good,
Room on 3rd Floor, no lift on site. Broken twin 13A socket hanging off wall, not able to use. I reported this as being dangerous, assured it would be rectified-it wasn't. Poor shower pressure, took 6mins to get hot water. No toiletries apart from soap provided.
lack of soap and shampoo in the bathroom..
Proximity to work base was the reason for choosing the hotel as well as price, however I wouldn't say it was value for money. The staff were pleasant and helpful when the light didn't work and in providing a hair dryer.
The room was tiny, facilities were poor, for example no lamp or side light near the bed, which meant getting out of bed to turn the light off and then knocking leg on dressing table due to lack of space. There was no lift and I was at the top of two flights of stairs which was not easy with a case. The wardrobe was basically hooks on the wall to hang clothes, but you couldn't have fitted anything else in the room.
Shower was awful Not hot & a drip Toilet in the room not clean
Excellent location with reasonable cooked breakfast! I had a good couple of nights sleep and would stay again.
Should have a bathtowel in shower as handtowel nowhere near big enough
A first for me - being allocated my room before official check-in time after a long flight from Barbados.
Short walk to my two meeting venues in Holborn and Euston Square. Polite and helpful desk staff. Very inexpensive compared to similar small hotels in the area.
Room rather small and cramped room. No shampoo. Toilet paper roll was stained on edge and no holder.
Everything was clean
Very small rooms with basic facilities. Breakfast room has no atmosphere, basic English breakfast, East European women shouting from the kitchen throughout breakfast - like eating in a fish market.
Is gorur bir otel. Konumu iyi, merkezi bir yerde. Kahvaltisi idare eder. Sehre gezmeye geldiyseniz aksamlari yatip sabah kahvaltini yapip cikmak icin iyidir iste daha ne olsun.
Good clean hotel. Wifi good.
breakfast cold, cold plates, could'nt eat mine, cig burns on the furniture ,bed to small not double, television to small,no shower gel, only 2 bath towels no hand towels don't want to dry your face on a towel that has been used for the body wouldn't use the hotel again very disapointing some of the write ups where good but don't no how
Full English breakfast instead of continental was good. Great location and friendly lady on reception. Simple room ground floor
Room was not as clean as the hotels next door, I've stayed in the Montana, Howard Winchester and elmwood. Areas such as coffee area dusty. TV remote filthy. Bathroom damp smelling.
Wifi toi slow notre stable Noisy Hot water pression not high enought on the 4th floor
Hotel is literally situated about 2 minutes walk from King's Cross/St Pancras in a quiet square. Facilities are basic but there is TV,Free WIFI,a Good Breakfast and comfortable bed. Value for money in comparison to other Central London Hotels. Would stay there again but only for 2 nights max
Reception doesn't give a good first impression of the hotel. Cramped and untidy I had to wait nearly 5 minutes until they were able to confirm my booking
Very good breakfast served here, room was very clean if small but good value for where hotel is located. The location is great if you have to travel around London for meetings.
There is no lift here in this hotel which is a draw back if you have a bad leg like I do. However I would stay here again as it is good value in good location.
Friendly staff. Close to Mainline terminals and Eurostar, buffet breakfast with plenty of choices, tea & coffee making facilities in room. Ideal for an overnight stay
Rooms have wooden flooring so can be a bit noisy
I was expecting it to be noisy so close to St Pancras but it is a small square and was quiet even though my room faced the street. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was plentiful.
The coffee in the morning.
Good location. The train station and the tube are at 1 min walk away. Very warm room. It's ok for 2-3 nights.
No elevator, very uncomfortable stairs and a horrible noise at 6 o clock in the morning...a fan or something.
