Hotel was clean , location good, 3 minute walk to kings cross underground station. breakfast good full english buffet and choice of cereal. Room and shower decent size and clean towels every day.

There was nothing we didnt like. Very pleased.

close to railway stations .The hotel was adequate for a short stay .

Paper thin walls could hear other people all night. Rooms very small could not fit our cases in. Very light curtains light came very early

Convenient location , easy to catch bus , train to the city , airport , international bus and train . Typical English breakfast , nice restaurants surround .

Friedly manager and helpful manager at the desk. Location of hotel. Room had everything you needed.

Room was very compact luckily I am a petite person! But I realise its what you pay for.Breakfast could have been slightly improved.

Central location. Ideal for St. Pancras and British Museum. Reasonbly priced (for London). Good for a short stay as rooms adequate.

Impersonal - no carpet, wall-decorations in the rooms. Staff unenthusiastic (but how many people do they see in a week?) rather than unfriendly. Limited breakfast selection. Tiny ensuite, but you get what you pay for! Would not return.

Breakfast was adequate,the breakfast room was basic.The staff appeared to be washing up dishes in the next room by hand.

General condition of the reception area and corridors to my room was poor.The room was in a poor state .So called double was a 4ft bed with minimum access down one side near the wall. The paintwork was chipped and well worn, a window had a broken pane of glass and was taped up,the furnishings were old,the so called bathroom was the size of a cupboard with a toilet ,shower and a very small hand basin,no facilities for placing toiletries

Reception staff not friendly and almost treated as us as suspicious Pokey hotel. Miniscule room. Bathroom so small almost not usable. Beds tiny. Huge array of narrow corridors and stairs. Possibly first down to breakfast for an early start, food already out and dried up. Eggs looking plastic. Despite low cost, poor value for money, would not visit again and would definitely not recommend.

Freezing cold shower room with cracked tiles. Just a flimsy bolt on door from shower room to the outside. Did not feel secure. Room felt very bare, no homely touches. Breakfast not great. Stewed tea in an urn.

Five minutes walk from Kings Cross. I walk with some difficulty and they had found us a downstairs bedroom which was greatly appreciated. The ensuite bathroom was tiny and you would probably struggle to use the wardrobe. Dining room like a transport cafe, but OK and breakfast was unlimited. Suited us OK as an overnght stop, and staff were very helpful.
