i didn't like the breakfast. there was hardly something for vegetarians and the staff was unbelievably impatient and unkind. i wouldÄnt recommend the breakfast at all!!

Mould & smell in bathroom.

Excellent base for London Mainline stations

This hotel is near Charing Cross station which is very convenient because you reach all the places in London very easily. The neighbourhood is full of good pubs where you can eat very well. The most positive of this hotel is the locatio!! The price comes second.

Watch out that you don't get a room on the top floor because there is no water there. We vould not take a shower in the morning becasue there was no water pressure. We complined about htat but nothing happened. The personnel in general was not veruy friendly. This hotel likes to earn a lot of money but does nog want to do a great lot for it.

The location was very goos so I booked it.

The single room I was given was so small that I got claustrophobic. The heating was not working, it was freezing cold and after 2 nights I had to go pharmacy and then look for another hotel. They charged me the whole stay when I checked out even though I left a day earlier.

Nothing. Small room- small bed - poor breakfast- the same towel for hands, body and face...When i asked for an extral pillow they denyed....

Larger beds- breakfst with frouts, croissants, honey, Towels,

OK sparse but clean. I was woken up at 6:30 am because my room was located next to the kitchen (room 29) this room should not be used.

Handy location, comprehensive system of transport get u everywhere, everyday tidying up.

Location

Very small double bed, no lift and narrow stairs difficult on corners especially with luggage. Dark carpet did not show edges of treads.

Bed was very hard and to short for me (double bed was 140x180)

The staff were very kind and accomodating. They did look up the problems that were complained about, and promptly communicated. They were exceptionally co operative about receiving calls, and informing us since there wasn't an intercom. Location cannot be better. It only a 40 second walk from kings cross tube and rail station, with lot of convenience stores and places around to eat. Beautiful park right across, and internet access isn't a problem. Breakfast was good too.

No elevator. After an exhausting day of sightseeing, it is painful to climb up three flights of narrow steep staircases. Carrying luggage is a huge problem, and then going back if you've forgotten to carry something. Its definitely irritating, even though it doesn't seen a problem while planning. Secondly, bathrooms are terribly small, and in the top floor (at least), single en-suite rooms (which I opted for) are very small, although a cupboard and tv are provided. It gets really stuffy with luggage Water flow and hot water is a problem in the top floor. No intercom.
