There was no central heating, only a fan heater. There was no hot water. Despite complaining and being told there would be hot water in 5-6 minutes, there was still no hot water. I had no option but to have a cold shower.
No lift or free wifi
Location and price was good for Lindon
bed was a little to hard
great location good price
Clean . Easy to find and friendly helpful staff . Nobody disturbed us. I felt safe and comfortabLe. If I ever go back to elephant and Castle I will stay again
Location was great for our weekend planned. Completely upgrade to family suite. Great room, great location and great price for a Saturday!!!
Quite a cold shower. Our door broke on the second night and we couldn’t get into our room but the staff sorted it quickly.
Me and my friends stayed here for the weekend for a two day event at The Coronet. It was our first time staying in a hotel in London. And was such a good experience. Really good weekend, the location of the hotel was near to plenty of shops/cafes/restaurants, the station and The Coronet Theatre and a pub on the corner. (Didn’t go in there but looked ok) The rooms were nice and clean. And bigger than expected. Bathroom was also nice and clean. Plenty of plug sockets and lights also tea, coffee etc was supplied. Also nice little Garden on the first floor. There was 24 hour reception so there is always someone there who can help. We didn’t eat in the restaurant downstairs but food looked nice and cheap and staff were really friendly, and good atmosphere. Good hotel to spend a weekend in London for nightlife with a few friends. Not too expensive either. Overall me and my friends had a great stay here and would stay here again.
The radiator in our room wasn't working, however, the staff let us move to another room without any problem.
Good position, excellent price, clean room.
We were woken up by other users shouting and arguing.
It was central to where we wanted to be in London.
Small room, thin walls.
convenient to subway, near our daughter's home
No toothpaste. I have been to 3 star hotels which provide those mini toothpaste and brush.
Booked this place for a much needed pick me up away from home with my boyfriend. Staff were friendly and welcoming
Our stay at the hotel was great! Staff were helpful, room was extremely quiet (we asked for a quiet room). No noise at all which is amazing for central London! As it was winter the room was very warm - we could regulate the heating ourselves which was fab! The bed was comfortable, the size of the room adequate. The central location (also close to two tube stations and Tesco store) was extremely convinient. So, we could go to central London for a planned activity/sightseeing and then relax again in the cozy hotel room for some time before heading off again to our next acitivity for the day. Totally recommended!
Bed was quite hard and not very comfortable
The hotel is clean and rooms are a good space, the bathroom is sizeable and has everything you need. Staff are always friendly and helpful the only complaint would be it is quite noisey on a morning with people walking past the room but that cannot be helped! Have stayed here many times and will continue to do so - wonderful hotel and staff
One of the reception staff was sleeping on the job, having to bang on the door for ages while in minus temperatures was not great! Maybe an idea to fix the key swipe so we didnt have to rely on yhe sleepy receptionsit.
The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel was set back off the main street which meant a great nights sleep, was very pleased with the location as was attending the coronet for the evening, only a 5minute walk (if that)!
Handy for Brixton
The prices change
I like the experience it was comfortable easy to find and simple no problems with paying or anything
Beware, if you leave your key cards next to your phone (or other key cards) they seem to wipe themselves which is a little annoying, though the staff were very helpful in getting them reset.
We needed a place to stay for a night in London and this place offered the best price for the area. I have to say it was excellent quality considering what we paid. Everything was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.
Good value. Very pleasant staff. Ideal reasonable hotel for a stopover of a couple of nights and good base for the South Bank. Everything you need.
It was a bit of a struggle with our luggage, although, we were offered to have our luggage taken up to the room but declined as we thought there would be lift but apart from that we had a comfortable stay
It was a great location for the 02 and Victoria station where we were spending our weekend withy family.
