The hotel room was comfortable, the price was low and the room itself was clean. Breakfast was incredible, we had to ask the waiter to stop brining out food! |

Location of the hotel is perfect with a huge choice of buses right around the corner. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. The absence of a lift and narrow stairs make the transportation of luggage rather uncomfortable. |

The hotel was literally steps away from a bus stop that ran a 24 hour bus to our hotel. It was very handy to get a day pass for the bus and use the buses there. The staff was very helpful, looking things up for us online and making arrangements for us to get to the airport when we left. The rooms were cute and comfortable - we were very pleased! The blow dryer in the room was extremely weak and burnt out after about 2 minutes of use. |

Nothing because I had to change my clothes in a toilet when I was living for the airport after my conference because they wanted me out before 10:00am. No photocopying services or fax services. Walking up three floors to my room. No lift in the building, no standard breakfast. |

It was convenient for my conference venue. My room had an unpleasant odour and a cigarette burn in the bed cover. The electric kettle flex was damaged with the inner core wiring exposed. My room overlooked a courtyard with seating for neighbouring residents(?) who sat outside and were chatting and then arguing noisily with offensive lanaguage until midnight. Audible with windows shut! |

Hotel staff friendly and helped to book taxis etc. Room was small but functional Although a room for 4 people, there were only 3 sets of towels, cups etc and we werent allowed any more from reception. The hotel was supposed to be close to Waterloo station but was a 30 min walk. We wanted to pay cash on arrival (as splittign bill 4 ways) and we werent able to without photo ID which none of us had. |

It was very good value for money; very clean sheets and you are not paying for fancy extras that you do not necessarily need. it is in the middle of a neighborhood that is very diverse (many options for eating) and not touristy at all. Good bus service to all over the city from a stop 50 meters from the front door. The shower had some lime or calcium build-up. It could do with a good scrubbing to extend its lifetime. |

The staff, service and cleanliness. Major building work being carried out at the rear and the cooking smell in the evening from the restaurant. Close the windows and it wasnt a problem. |

It was very clean and the staff were friendly. The location was perfect for Westminster Bridge/London eye etc. Slightly noisy first thing in the morning - sounded like staff moving furniture around - may have been in the dining room? |

I was surprised that the bedrooms were so modern and quite large, the hotel was very clean. I stay in London often, at least twice a month but have never stayed in this hotel before. I expected something very basic for what I paid. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room. Big television. Very comfortable. Quite noisy at night from other guests. |

Near the tube and buses. I reccomend the Spanish restaurant la bondeguita on the way to the tube. No ac in room, but open window solves that. Police station nearby though, but really not a problem either. |

i liked the bathroom and the tea and coffee facility, i also liked the fact that there was free wifi in the room and the area was also secured. i think they should try to put a lift fr disabled and children. in the day, it was kind of noisy because of a building construction near by but we didn't suffer too much since we were always out in the day. |

Me & my partner stayed here for two nights & although we didnt spend much time in the hotel itself due to going out & about in the city it was very comfortable & the staff were very friendly. Only a 15 minute walk or 5 min taxi/bus journey to the city centre so ideal as hotels located right in the city are alot more expensive & in noiser areas. |
