Cleanliness and comfort (especially bathroom); quiet and safe neighbourhood; close to market, supermarkets and a variety of cafes; reception staff ready, willing and able to provide assistance of different sorts. Room lights could be a little brighter; costs of breakfast in basement cafe could be a little lower.

Close to underground trains, eating out facilities (Too) close to police station (many sirens during day and night), breakfast not included, and what one could order didn't seem to match the price.

Although small, the room was adequate - very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Location not far from the train station and tube. Breakfast too pricey for what you get. Not mandatory to eat there, however.

Clean & comfortable enough. Has tea and coffee facilities in the room.Free parking right outside the hotel at weekends There is a police station opposite so was a bit noisy with sirens, but it was a Saturday night

I have stayed here before and the staff were even more helpful than before. In particular regarding the daytime on-street parking that they can arrange for you. This parking is free overnight. Check with staff for details but useful to know as Hotel does not have it's own car park. If you have breakfast - arrive Hungry!

Beside convenient location, not more has been found which can make any customer satisfied. Cleaning Conditions, maintenance Conditions, Room appeareance, Noise, no lift, very bad populated, it looks like hotel for prostitutions ,...

- Easy to get to - Quick and easy check in/out - Close to central London - Clean! - As a young group going to London for New Year, the 24hr reception was useful!! - Rooms were serviced every day. - Overall, good value for money! Can't expect a luxury experience when paying a budget price for a London hotel! - "Does what it says on the tin" There wasn't much wrong with it but if I were to be picky I'd have to say: - Rooms get quite hot. - Police station right outside means sirens all night, but you'll get that anywhere in London! - No lift and we were on the top floor with bags, but we were offered a hand with them! - Early check-out time (but we were a lazy group of 18 year olds so 10am was early for us!!)

Really nice room and en suite, quite clean No lift and very narrow stairs, a strange smell in reception but rooms absolutely fine. Booked a double room with a single bed however got 3 single beds.

Excellent service from reception on arrival, given choice of rooms (including larger family room). Room was clean,bed was comfy and was generally excellent value for money. Close to the tube station but off the main road so pretty quiet. No complaints about the room or service, didnt have the food so cant comment on that.

Extremely helpful staff. Don't be afraid to ask for anything. Room was not yet cleaned upon arrival, but that was no problem as we went directly to the city after dropping off our luggage. That evening when we came back the room was neat and clean.

we booked this hotel because of its location to St Thomas and the reasonabl price.It was not a good location as it was in a very rough area .The staff could not speak english and rhe rooms were not like their photo;s We would not stay here again

We had a fantastic stay! The triple room was perfect for my 2 friends and I. It was spacious, had tea/coffee making facilities, tv and a fridge! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! They carried our bags to our room, brought us an iron, extra hangers, they couldn't do enough for us! The location was perfect for us as it was 5 minutes in a taxi to the Ministry of Sound nightclub which was the purpose of our trip. The hotel was cheap and good value for money, I would definitely stay here again! Thanks Sarah Jane Rigby :)
