pulito , sempre gentili, vicino c'è un pub e un mc donald , c'è anche un deposito della polizia che ti fa sentire sicuro, le stanze sono abbastanza grandi per essere a londra , avevamo una tv lcd . Il bagno è pulito e ogni giorno cambiano gli asciugamani.

la metro non è proprio dietro l'angolo ma in 10 minuti si raggiunge elefant and castle , la zona anche se non sembra pare sicura almeno non abbiamo avuto problemi

Hotel nuovo, camere non spaziose ma attrezzate di tutto (frigo, phon, tv, possibilità di farsi un tè o un caffè caldo, connessione wi-fi gratuita), molto pulito, bagno perfetto. Lo staff è molto gentile e riservato. L'hotel è situato in un quartiere popolare, molto comodo e pittoresco: bar, ristorantini, pubs, internet point, laundrette, supermercati...tutto a portata di mano e a prezzi molto ragionevoli. In 5 minuti si raggiunge Elephant and Castle, stazione della tube collegata facilmente sia al centro, sia agli aeroporti. Il rapporto qualità- prezzo è ottimo.

Location of the hotel is perfect with a huge choice of buses right around the corner. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable.

The absence of a lift and narrow stairs make the transportation of luggage rather uncomfortable.

The hotel was clean, modern, comfortable, and good value and the staff were pleasant and efficient

The hotel was literally steps away from a bus stop that ran a 24 hour bus to our hotel. It was very handy to get a day pass for the bus and use the buses there. The staff was very helpful, looking things up for us online and making arrangements for us to get to the airport when we left. The rooms were cute and comfortable - we were very pleased!

The blow dryer in the room was extremely weak and burnt out after about 2 minutes of use.

The room was very clean bright and cozy,during the night it was very quite the bed was nice and comfortable.

even though it is in a busy area the rooms were very quiet

the immediate location is not very nice but once past elephant and castle it improves

It was very good value for money; very clean sheets and you are not paying for fancy extras that you do not necessarily need. it is in the middle of a neighborhood that is very diverse (many options for eating) and not touristy at all. Good bus service to all over the city from a stop 50 meters from the front door.

The shower had some lime or calcium build-up. It could do with a good scrubbing to extend its lifetime.

this hotel is cool.clean and comfie,in an exelent location of london,very close to all trains and tube lines

unfortunatly there was building works to the rear of the hotel ,but its not an ongoing thing so i wasent to worried ,,i will be back ,

It was very clean and the staff were friendly. The location was perfect for Westminster Bridge/London eye etc.

Slightly noisy first thing in the morning - sounded like staff moving furniture around - may have been in the dining room?

I was surprised that the bedrooms were so modern and quite large, the hotel was very clean. I stay in London often, at least twice a month but have never stayed in this hotel before. I expected something very basic for what I paid. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room. Big television. Very comfortable.

Quite noisy at night from other guests.
