Umístění hotelu v centru a snadný přístup k metru V pokoji nebyla židle - nebylo možno si sednout k práci. V blízkosti koupelny nebyla zásuvka, do které by bylo možno připojit vysoušeč vlasů (zásuvku v koupelně nešlo pro vysoušeč vlasů použít). |

Location was good. There was no water on one of the mornings and no explanation or apology from staff. Breakfast was poor for the amount of money that was being charged per night. |

Easy and free internet access in room. Fabulous breakfast buffet and excellent chicken caesar salad at dinnertiime. Comfortable lobby. Extremely small room, no chair to work at the "desk" (not even large enough for tv + laptop computer. Very cold in my room. Shower not very strong, mainly drippy. |

The staff were very polite and respectful of one's privacy. The breakfast buffet was quite decent, and the room was basically clean and comfortable. The twenty-four hour reception made it possible to check in late and to come and go without worrying about being locked out. It made me feel safe. The lovely "welcome" of a big bowl of fresh fruit was really a treat. I wish I might have had it every day! As other travelers have commented, the rooms are very tight; I was alone in a double but I can't imagine sharing the space with another person. The bathroom is so tiny that I couldn't raise my arms to wash my hair without bumping my elbows! There was no place to stow my suitcase, and scarcely enough room to store my clothing ( stayed one week). Due to the small size of the room and poor ventilation in the bathroom, it could get quite stuffy, though the windows did open. When it was windy, however, the wind whined in the poor seals of the windows all night. As for cleanliness, superficially it was fine, but I noticed that the carpet was very stained and spotted, and the bathroom had a mildew odor, no doubt due to poor ventilation. |

Modern bar, lounge and dining area. There was a continuous banging of metal, as if heating problems, during the night. I was forced to wear ear plugs. I reported this on my departure from the hotel. |

Loaction was exactly what i wanted. Easy access to Euston Sq. The decor of the room was very basic. I like minimal but this felt like a hospital room. The bathroom was very small and the shower was tiny. Room was clean but not very comfortable. FOH staff polite enough but not very engaging. |

The staff did a great job of making us feel welcome. I liked the breakfast. I think my rate was higher than the street price and I was glad to have the hotel but my belief was that booking it had a cost. The fire alarm went off at midnight. |

Accessable to Euston Station Staff did not have the time of day for you and were quite unfriendly. They had both myself and my colleagues title wrong. I was a Mr and she was a Miss. |

The purpose of my visit was purely business. I frequently travel to the UK from Malta and wanted a Central Hotel close to my office in the Barbican. I have previously had arrangements with other hotels and i am looking for a similar business arrangement. My room was quite noisy and someone was drilling a hole in the outside wall at 2am in the morning. |

Smart, modern, clean design. Light and airy feel to reception/ lounge/ bar area. Pleasant welcome from staff. I was happy with my room, which for a single person had been well designed to have everyting I needed in a small space. Clean sheets, comfy bed. The shower was a big surprise - so good for such a small hotel. First class breakfast - what a good deal to be offered so much choice included in the price of the room. I would stay there again and have recommended it to friends already. My room ( 202) was directly over the entrance ot Euston Square tube station and I thought that would make it very noisy, but, apart from some low level noise , expected in the centre of a big city, it was fine. I would not have liked to have stayed in the rooms opposite the lift as those doors are very close to the lift. I saw inside other rooms as they were being cleaned and they looked fine. This is after all a budget hotel and I think it offers an excellent stay for a very good price, right in central London. |

Excellent breakfast, helpful n cheery staff, fine bathroom,excellent location, but not so much better than £50 hotels as to be worth almost double. Laundry service welcome. Plus info on London. Single beds rather narrow, why not a double bed? No stand for suitcase. Well-renovated bathroom, fine looking, but room a bit cheerless for almost £100 n 3 stars. This is not a complaint, but an opinion since you asked. |

The location, it was quiet, very clean, the beds a good size, the reception was friendly and professional, there were many free papers and the reception area inviting The breakfast was good the pastries excellent, a tiny complaint the tea was luke warm I believe the water heater did not heat sufficiently |
