A very acceptable value hotel in London with a nice breakfast
Room too small. Noisy.
From the minute that we arrived the hotel staff were friendly, approachable and provided great service. Our room wasn't huge but was more than adequate for our needs during our 2 night stay. The free continental breakfast was brilliant, a good variety of foods at lovely quality. Great location with 2 tube stations within 2 minute walking distance. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in London.
The noise of traffic with the window open is very loud, however once we worked the air con and shut the windows we could barely hear anything at all!
Very well located, 2 different Tube stations nearby. Breakfast was very nice, lovely mini pastries.Staff very helpful.
It was the smallest double room I ever stayed in, not ideal for a weekend away with the Wife. Plus a Dodgy smokey smell in room when we checked in. Lift wasn't working on second day. little annoying as staying on 3rd floor
Cooperation withave guests
Description the location
Staff were excellent and very attentive....Continental Breakfast was very good indeed...would go again, and a nice walk (30 mins) to the west end.
The only problem was the noise from our room which faced the main road....would book a rear room if we went again.
I don't like it
The room is extrimly small
Booked in quickly, room was sufficient for my needs, I booked double rather than single which I'm glad about as any smaller would not have been pleasant.
It was noisy but you have to expect that due to location. The breakfast was poor not ready for 7.00 as advertised and limited in comparison to other hotels. Staff were not helpful in the dining room, it was not a spotless environment either.
The fact that the safe in our room stopped working just as we were about to go out. One of the staff attempted to fix it but left before we found out it still didn't work. When he came again he changed the battery. This wasted a lot of time and made us late for a dinner.
Excellent value hotel, very clean, staff attentive. Breakfast included was good too. Room very small but clean and quiet as requested. Good location.
room very small, ie could leave wardrobe door open if you wanted to go in bathroom.
Location, comfortable bed
Noise levels, very small room, tiny bathroom, not very polite reception staff
Good location, toiletries and hairdryer provided. Good continental breakfast included.
Dining room needed to be cleaned.
The proximity to Euston Station
Breakfast didn't start very early
The location of the hotel is brilliant and the bed was clean.
The staff that looked after us upon arrival wasn't particularly good. There was a queue behind us and he takes thing slowly and we were being interrupted several times when we were trying to check in as he tried to serve someone else in between (not good at multi-tasking); no warm welcome (which I don't expect anyway) and faceless expression.
Relative quiet of bedroom
Ideal for Euston Station
Rooms are small but having stayed here many times I always request a larger room when booking online, it is worth doing this as having space to walk around the bed makes a massive difference.
Rooms are adequate , location perfect, good breakfast. Staff helpful, was nice to be able to leave bags there on last day Could be noisy at front of hotel as hospital opposite and ambulance and police sirens day and night.
Bar not very well stocked, just bottled drinks. But not really a problem.
The bed was comfortable. The bedroom was big enough for me. The breakfast was healthy, delicious and there's enough space. It is very well connected to the rest of the city as it is near to Euston Bus station, St Pancras and King's Cross, and Euston tube station. The staff is really polite and helpful, they helped me with everything I needed.
The TV system is a little bit weird as it has different channels than usual.
Location is ideal for travel around London. The hotel sits above the Euston Square tube entrance.
The main Euston Road is extremely busy day and night, and the noise could affect the stay. However, the room has aircon and the windows can stay shut, keeping the noise levels at bay.
Beds too hard
Very very clean. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was always fresh. Just round the corner from eustation station which was perfect due that we had continious rain for 2 days
Would have liked to have some better soundproofing due that the hotel is on a mainriad. But on the whole it was great
very close to Eustan Square and Euston also. room is clean and tidy,BF is typical simple one without vege but not bad.
location itself is a bit far from main sightseeing spots.
Right next door to the underground and easy walk to all London attractions
Noisy buzzing noise similar to an air conditioning box right outside our window - caused my husband to purchase ear plugs to be able to sleep!
Noisy Shower very small Coat hangers about 6 foot off the floor in the wardrobe.
